Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM daily

Checkout is by at least 11:00 AM daily

 

Refund Policy

  1. Early departures for any reason are not eligible for refunds.

  2. In the event of a natural disaster or act of God related to City, County, State, or Federally issued MANDATORY evacuation, Only RV Credits (Vouchers) will be given. NO refunds will be issued.

  3. All refunds are determined solely by the management of our RV Park. Request for special refunds or credits must be made in writing providing full proof of emergency circumstances claimed. It will be made on a case-by-case basis.


Pet Policy

  1. Pets cannot be tied outside.

  2. We do not allow any pens or fences in the park. 

  3. There is a maximum of two pets per site.

  4.  They are not to be let out to run loose on the park’s property. 

  5. Pets must always be on a leash with the owner when outside on the park grounds. 

  6. Pet owners must clean up after their dogs. The pet waste is to be picked up immediately with a poop bag and placed in the dumpster. Not picking up after your dog(s) makes you subject to a pet waste removal fee.

  7. Pets are not allowed in the park Office or Laundry Facilities.

  8. Aggressive pets will not be allowed to remain at the park.

  9. The pet owner is solely responsible for any damage done to persons or property by the pet.





 

Park Rules:  

  1. RVs must be approved for monthly stays and be of a certain condition/year model

  2. . All perspective long term guests 18+ are subject to a criminal background check for a reservation or stay for 14 days or longer. 

  3. RVs must be in working order and not damaged or in need of any repair 

  4. No group activities or assemblies will be held in RV park. 

  5. Quiet time between the hours of 10:00 pm and 6:00 am. There should be no loud music or excessive noise that can be heard from a distance of at 20 feet.  No generators between 10pm and 8am.  Offensive parties may be cited and/or evicted.

  6. Park your vehicle directly in front of your RV. No parking in any other areas. 

  7. Two adults per RV. 

  8. Two vehicles per RV.  VEHICLES MUST BE IN WORKING ORDER. 

  9. NO STORAGE OF ANY KIND ON THE PREMICES.  Violators will be evicted immediately

  10. No Trailers or motorized recreation vehicles

  11. No burning of trash. $25 charge for any trash left behind

  12. No SUBLEASING 

  13. Entering river or creek areas is at tenants own risk.

  14. Triple C Properties/Little River RV Park reserves the right to terminate this agreement at time deemed necessary. 

         I have read the RV park rules and policies and agree that my group will observe these rules and policies for the duration of our stay.  It is understood that Triple C Properties assumes no responsibility for property left in the RV park; and that Triple C Property is hereby expressly released and discharged from any and all liability for any loss, injury or damage to person(s) or property which may be sustained during the term of this agreement.
