Little Star RV Park

LITTLE STAR RV PARK – RULES & REGULATIONS:  By making any booking for any length of time, you are agreeing to abide by and support all park rules/regulations.  Please read them carefully.

1. QUIET TIME: 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. - please be considerate of others.  No loud music at any time.

2. LAUNDRY HOURS: 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.  Thank you for respecting the personal space, quiet and privacy of other tenants when using the laundry house.

       LAUNDRY RATES/PROCEDURES: 

  • Line drying of clothing outside your RV is not permitted.
  • Laundry machines are provided for $3.00 per load (one load to wash and dry).
  • Please place payment in the lock box on the wall when you use the machines.
  • Laundry facilities are for park tenants ONLY.
  • Be mindful of your laundry times, check frequently so other guests do not have to wait for your laundry
  • Clean up after yourself in the laundry house
  • Do not use park laundry machines for any large, bulky items such as comforters/quilts, or for oily/greasy items, or shoes/boots.

3. CHECK IN TIME: 12:00 p.m.  CHECK OUT TIME: 11:00 a.m. - Due to other guest reservations, if you plan on staying longer than your contracted stay, the earlier you re-register, the better your chance of keeping your site.  CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT IS DONE ONLINE - you would have received emails directing this process.

4. SPEED LIMIT: Please observe a speed limit of no more than 5 mph. When turning West out of the park, please use the driveway on the Northwest corner of the RV park for your safety and better visibility of approaching traffic from the East.

5. SEWER: Sewer connection - a positive sewer seal at both ends of sewer hose is required. Texas law requires that a sewer hose must be fastened using a connector or a rubber donut. If for any reason you have a leak or make a mess, you are responsible for the total clean up of the mess. Any spills not cleaned up are subject to an additional charge of $100.00 to the person who holds the lease for the RV spot.

6. PETS: Please maintain control of your pets. Park pet policy/rules are for health reasons, as well as the respect for other park tenants. 

·       The limit is 2 pets per RV (unless otherwise approved of by park management)

·       No heavy barkers are allowed - period

·       DO NOT leave pets unattended while tethered on a leash/chain/pen outside; If outside, ALL types of pets (dogs or cats) must be on a hand-held leash with their owner at all times

·       Cats are inside pets only

·       Pet Fee: $1/day per pet, no matter length of stay

·       No dogs of any size/type with a history of aggressive behavior are allowed.  Owners are 100% responsible for their pets' behavior

PET ELIMINATION:

o   Owners must clean up after their pets immediately, and must not lead animals to RV neighbors' patio grass for elimination.

o   Double-bag any kitty litter or doggie poop bags, and put in your regular trash bags with regular trash before using the park trash cans.

o   Never place loose pet waste in the park trash cans. 

o   Pet owners will be charged $25.00 per violation for pet elimination left on the ground, in another camper's yard, or placed in the park trash cans loose (unbagged).

7. CHILDREN: We want the children to be safe and have a good time, but to always remain under the watchful eyes of a parent/guardian. Please use good judgment if you decide to leave your children unattended. Little Star RV Park, LLC is not responsible for their safety or welfare. The Lessee is liable for their behavior.

8. TRASH: The trash cans located in the park are for tenant personal trash only. All garbage must be bagged and tied shut before putting in the trash cans. Boxes must be broken down. DO NOT leave trash outside your RV, which will attract pests to the park. 

9. FIREWORKS: No fireworks are allowed.

10. FIREARMS: No open weapons are to be displayed at the park, including: firearms, bow & arrows or sling shots.

11. PARKING: Two vehicles are allowed per RV space, unless there is room within the RV pad area you are assigned. Your RV/trailer counts as one vehicle. The size of the RV determines if an additional vehicle will fit. Do not take up more than the length or the width of your gravel pad or park in other sites without management approval. Other vehicles can be parked in the right of way of the highway at the front of the park (in the grass, not the gravel), at your own risk.

12. CONDUCT: Disorderly conduct, drunkenness, illegal drugs, obscene language, obnoxious/disruptive or vulgar behavior will not be acceptable, and will be cause for immediate eviction without refund.  Please protect the trees: No clothes lines, hammocks or ziplines attached to the trees.  Do not move picnic tables from other sites - 1 per site is provided.

13. LIABILITY: All park facilities and equipment are intended for the convenience of the guests.  Any and all persons using the facilities do so at THEIR OWN RISK and consent. The park management is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any accidents due to fire, theft, wind, flood, personal negligence, acts of God, or any other unfortunate circumstances. The registered guest is financially responsible for all individuals or pets at their site and for any/all damage to the park caused by them or any malfunction of the RV/trailer which they check into the park, without regard for negligence.  It is recommended for guests to insure any/all personal belongings.

14. VIOLATIONS:  Park rules are to ensure peace and tranquility for all residents. Please report any violations of the above rules by other tenants. Management will address the issue(s) on your behalf.  Please do not attempt to remedy negative behavior of other tenants. If there is an urgent safety need, please contact local law enforcement, and then contact park management.

15. LONG TERM TENANT POSSESSIONS:  No external sheds allowed; no fencing of any kind allowed; no accumulation of personal belongings under and around your RV (lawn furniture/gas grill etc. is fine, but tubs and bundles of random items is unsightly for vacationing park guests).  If you have an abundance of items that will not fit inside your RV, please rent a storage container off-premises instead of keeping items on the pad site.  Little Star RV Park is meant to be temporary stays (6 mo. or less per reservation), and is not a permanent residency park at this time.
