Cancellation Policy

Lochside Landing Cancellation Policy

 

•            Cancel within 48 hours of making reservation for full refund

•            Cancellation within 15 days or more of reservation date receives a full refund.

•            Cancellation within 8-14 days or more of reservation date receives a 50% refund.

•            No Refunds within 7 days of reservation.

•            Campers who don't call and don't show up for their site on the day of their reservation will have their reservation cancelled without a refund of their deposit.

•            We do not offer refunds for weather or any inability to arrive at the site for any reason whatsoever.
