Lofgren Park Campground

WELCOME! We hope you have a safe and enjoyable stay with us in Littlefork.


CAMP SITES: Fees are to be paid according to the current posted fee schedule. There are 14 RV sites.
One RV is allowed per paid RV campsite and with one additional tent per site allowed. There is one
primitive tent site with up to 4 tents or 12 people allowed in that site. Reserved sites are marked 24 hours
in advance of your arrival. While we work to ensure park accessibility to people of all abilities, Site #9 is
a designated accessible site. Maximum of 12 people and 3 vehicles overnight per site. Advance payment
is required.


CHECK IN/OUT: Check in is at 2:00PM. A check out of 1:00PM will be enforced if the site is reserved
for that night.


RESERVATIONS: Reservations may be made online at CAMPSPOT through the city website,
https://LittleforkMN.gov up to one year prior to arrival. The city requires reservations be pre-paid. A
minimum stay of two nights is required over the following holidays: Memorial weekend, 4 th of July and
Labor Day weekends. Any cancellations must be made 7 days prior to arrival in order to receive a refund.


PICNIC SHELTERS: 2 picnic shelters are available to reserve for day use special events at CAMPSPOT
through the city website, https://LittleforkMN.gov. One is located in the upper section near sites 1-8 and
one in the lower section near sites 9-15. The shelters are first come, first served for use by campers unless
reserved. Shelters may be reserved for $25 per day.


PETS: Pets are welcome in the campground but must be kept on a leash at all times. All litter must be
cleaned up and disposed of properly. Maximum of 2 pets per site. Any nuisance barking must be
immediately controlled or you may be asked to remove the animal from the campground. Pets are not
allowed in the showers.


QUIET HOURS: For the comfort of all guests, quiet hours are expected to be observed from 10PM to
7AM. You may enjoy a late-night campfire, just be sure it doesn’t interfere with your fellow campers’
ability to get a good night’s rest. Children must be at campsites at 10PM. Adult supervision required at
all times.


FIRES: Fires are allowed in the designated pits only. The pits may NOT be moved. Make sure fires are
“dead out” when leaving your site. Do not bring in firewood. Campfire wood is available for purchase
on site. Signs will be posted in the event of a burning ban issued by the DNR.


ATVS: ATVs are allowed to drive into and out of the main campground road to and from your campsite
as long as the 10mph speed limit is obeyed. Courtesy and caution must be used at all times. Per city
ordinance no recreational ATV use is allowed in city campgrounds. The hiking trails and disc golf course
are not for use by ATVs.

TRASH: Place all trash in the dumpster provided. Do not leave trash outside your camper overnight as
this may attract unwanted wild animal guests. Do not burn garbage in fire pits. The dumpster is for
campground guests only.


CANOE/KAYAK RENTAL: Littlefork Community Education and Recreation provides rental of canoes
and kayaks for $10 per vessel per day. Trailer rental is $10 per day. Contact the campground host or City
Hall to reserve.


CARETAKER: The park caretakers live in the mobile home on site. Questions or
concerns may be addressed to the City Office.
