General Policies

Our rates are based on 2 people. We allow one family or 4 adults (21 years or older) maximum per site. (Family definition is 2 adults and their unmarried children.) Anyone under 21 years old must be accompanied by their parent. There is a two night minimum for all sites during peak camping. Check in time is 3 pm, check out time is 2 pm for sites, and 11 am for rental units. Persons not pre-registered for camping will be charged as a visitor upon arrival according to our Visitor Rates. All guests must follow campground rules. Lone Oak Rules. Registered guest is responsible for all people in the party, including visitors. Violation of campground rules may result in removal without refund.

Deposit Policy

All reservations are required to be paid in full at time of booking. Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express cards are accepted.

Cancellation & Refunds

For 2025 Reservations

Campsite fee refunds are available on cancellations made seven days or more before arrival A camping credit will be issued when you cancel six days or less before arrival.

Effective All 2026 Reservations:

Cancellation After Arrival – No Refund

RV/Tent/Transient Sites:

Cancellation – (0-14 Days from reservation start date) – No Refund.

Cancellation – (15-30 Days from reservation start date) - Full Refund, minus a 25% cancellation fee on reservation total.

Cancellation – (31+ Days from reservation start date) - Full Refund, minus a 10% cancellation fee on reservation total.

Cabins/Lodging Rentals:

Cancellation – (0-30 Days from reservation start date) – No Refund.

Cancellation – (31+ Days from reservation start date) - Full Refund, minus a 10% cancellation fee on reservation total.

Seasonal Cancellations:
If you are a seasonal guest and decide to cancel your reservation, you must contact campground management. The campground will hold the $1,000 non-refundable deposit. Any payments made before the park opening will be refunded, less the deposit. If the cancellation occurs during the camping season, a refund will not be issued. If the campground finds a seasonal replacement for your site, then a refund will be granted back to you in the amount of the newly sold site, less the non-refundable deposit. 

Holiday Weekends:

No refunds on reservations canceled during a holiday weekend.

Reservations & Rebooking

Reservations can be made year round. Book your favorite site up to 12 months in advance. You will have the first option to reserve your same campsite for next season. You will have until checkout time (Rentals 11am, Campsites 2pm) to make your reservation for the same campsite only. For those interested in changing sites for 2026, please see the Office after 2pm. Reservation must be paid in full at time of booking.

Pets & Camping

We do allow pets to camp along with you, with some exceptions*. If a few guidelines are followed, your favorite companion can have a great time camping too! Pets must be on a leash at all times. No pet should be left at the site alone. There are two pet walking areas on both sides of the river. Please pick up after your pet while out for walks. Pet Clean-Up stations are located around the campground and have waste bags for your dog. Pets are not allowed in or around public buildings You are required to have an up-to-date rabies certificate readily available. Pets are not allowed in or around rentals (except units T5, T6, and T7)

Visitor Policies

The rate is per person per day. Visitors must check-in upon arrival. Charges are fully refundable on half hour stay. Visitors staying 2 hours or less and leaving before 8pm will receive a 50% refund. Day visitors must be out by 11pm, overnight visitors at 3pm the next day. 8 years and under FREE for day or overnight stays. Restrictions apply. Contact the Office for details If a site is at capacity (4 adults or one family), only day visitors are permitted for that site.

Overnight Visitors

Overnight visitors on campsites must be approved at the Office. We allow one family or 4 adults (21 years or older) maximum per site, no overnight visitors will be permitted if a site has reached it’s capacity. No overnight visitors allowed in the rental units.

Rental Unit Policies

Our rates are based on 2 people, fee charged for additional persons. We allow one family or 4 adults (21 years or older) maximum per site (family definition is 2 adults and their unmarried children). There is a three night minimum on holidays (four night minimum on the Fourth of July weekend). There is a two night minimum for all non-holiday reservations. Check in time is 3 pm and check out is 11 am. No discounts are allowed on Rental units. No smoking in rentals. No pets allowed in or around the rental area. *Except T5, T6, and T7, which are designated pet-friendly. Tents are not allowed to be set up on rental unit sites. No overnight visitors are allowed.
