WiFi service is free, but we cannot guarantee the quality of WiFi and you cannot ask us refund because of the quality of WiFi.             

 I, the undersigned, hereby grant L A RV Action Camp Resort, its owners, agents, employees, affiliated partners, contractors, and media representatives the unrestricted right and permission to capture, use, reproduce, and publish photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings of myself and all individuals included in my reservation group taken while on the premises or participating in any camp-related activities or events.

I understand and agree that these materials may be used for promotional, advertising, social media, website content, print materials, and other lawful purposes, without compensation to me or the individuals in my group.

I certify that I am at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to sign this release on behalf of all guests in my reservation group, including minors. I waive the right to inspect or approve the final use of any media and release L A RV Action Camp Resort from any liability in connection with the use of such content.

Opt-Out Option (Optional)

If you or a member of your group do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify our staff at check-in. Reasonable efforts will be made to exclude those individuals from media content.

    

1.     QUIET HOURS:  10pm – 7:30AM. Please keep noise level for your site only at ALL times. 

2.     CHECK IN/OUT TIME:    11AM Check-out/2PM Check-in: If you check out after 11 AM, you will automatically be charged to your credit card for an extra night. Early check-in (if available) between 9 AM and 2 PM, we charge $10 per person for Cabin and $10 for RV & Tent site.

3.     SPEED LIMIT:  5 MPH throughout the park. You must stop at all posted stop signs, and yield to any pedestrians. Gate timed for only one vehicle. Management is not responsible for damage to vehicle. You may be responsible for repairs to gate if damaged. 

4.     VISITORS:  All visitors of registered guests must register with office and obtain a car pass.  A $20 day use fee will be charged for unregistered guests. Guests must follow campground rules. 

5.     KIDS:  Under 12 are to be supervised at all time, especially in the pool area.

6.     PETS:  Pets are not allowed inside any building. Please keep them leashed and pick up after them.  Dogs of any breed that are hostile or show aggressive behavior will be asked to leave. Service dogs are welcome (leash and aggressive behavior rules apply). 

7.     POOL:  Seasonal only. Summer hours 10AM – 8PM. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY! Only swimwear allowed in pool. No pool toys larger than a beach ball. Pool is not guaranteed during your visit, refunds will not be issued.  NO Food, drinks, or smoking in the pool area. No children under 18 allowed in the spa.

8.     WI-FI INTERNET: Due to our location, Wi-Fi is not guaranteed. Please do not stream/ download movies/videos. 

9.    Propane Gas, Fire Ring, Bicycle: Our service time for these items between 9 AM and 5 PM at Front Desk. You can ask at the Front Desk. (Propane Gas: $5.25/gallon, Fire Ring: $40/night, Bicycle: $15/hour)

10.   RV SITES:  Only two vehicles per site, extra vehicle charge is $5 per night. No tents allowed on RV sites. Please keep your site tidy at all times. Outdoor items are limited to bicycles, barbecue pits, satellite dish, & RV patio furniture. Per standards, NO large storage items are allowed in RV Sites (sheds, plastic storage bins, tarps, etc.) Vehicles are to park in designated areas only. 

11.     TENT SITES:  Only one vehicle per site, extra vehicle charge is $5 per night. There is NO electricity included with our regular tent sites, you will be charged automatically if you use another site’s electricity.

12.   IN CASE OF EMERGENCY:  ALL vehicles and guests in park must be able to vacate within 1 hour time.  

13.   SMOKE-FREE:  Per Los Angeles County municipal, there is absolutely NO SMOKING in any building in the campground including the restrooms, laundry room, office buildings and decks. Do not discard cigarette butts anywhere in the park except in ashtrays, and be sure that all butts are completely extinguished.

14.   PERSONAL PROPERTY: Action Camp is not liable for any stolen/lost/damaged personal property. 

15.   VEHICLES:  No motorcycles, dirtbikes, ATV, etc. are to be driven in the park.  

16.   DRUGS: No person shall possess, use or consume any illegal drugs. No person shall overtly and publicly consume or display the presence of any beer or intoxicating liquor, or provide alcoholic beverages to minors.

17.   PLEASE NO:   Generators, electric coolers, and Fireworks. No Residential appliances outside RV or on site. No residential A/C or heating units affixed to RV.

18.   WOOD FIRES:  Absolutely no wood fires.  Per 2002 Los Angeles County Title 22, Fire Code, Article 11 & 2001 California Fire Code Div. 17, App. 11A Sect 12, 13, 14 Suppression & control of Hazardous Fire Areas. This resort is located in Fire Zone 4, which is south of the aqueduct and currently is in a RED ZONE.  This rule is for your own safety and for the preservation of the canyon.  Charcoal or Propane may be used only for cooking. 

19.   CANCELLATION POLICIES

Refunds are not given for any reason once a reservation is paid for. In many cases we can put any money paid toward your reservation, (with the exception of a $30 cancellation fee), into a Camp Credit under your name to be used at a later time.

Monthly reservations (greater than 30 days) will be charged a $150 cancellation fee if notice is received 30 days prior to the arrival date. No refund is given for monthly reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival. The security deposit received will be fully refunded if there are no damages and outstanding balance.

If you are a guest paying a monthly rate and leave prior to the end of the month, no money paid for that months rent will be returned the you, no exceptions-we do not pro-rate.

All refunds processed via credit/debit card will be processed back to the original credit/debit card  used, no exceptions. When you pay in cash, we refund you by our business check.

Changing Your Dates:

 We are happy to assist you with reservation changes at any time. Changes made 30 days or greater prior to arrival will not incur any charges. Changes made less than 30 days prior to arrival that result in a reduction of the number of days for your rescheduled dates and may incur either 50% percent or 100% responsibility for those removed days as deemed in our standard cancellation policies.

No Show Policy:

Reservations will be held until check-out time on the day following your scheduled arrival. No shows will result in a cancelled reservation and full forfeiture of funds.

Holiday Cancellations:

We have a ZERO CANCELLATION POLICY for Memorial Day weekend, 4th of July week or Labor Day weekend. These reservations are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE and must be paid for at the time of booking if booked in the same calendar year. No camp credit will be given during these holidays if reservation is cancelled.

Cancellation Due to RV Breakdown / Accident, Hospitalization, Illness:

 We understand that RV breakdowns or accidents occur at the worst possible times, and are often very costly. If you have an accident or experience an RV breakdown en route to our park, we will put the money paid for your entire reservation, less a $30 credit card processing fee, into a Camp Credit account in your name. Should a guest become so ill that they cannot travel or require hospitalization before their scheduled arrival or during their stay, we will consider waiving all fees if the request would incur any type of cancellation fees.

***Camp Credits will remain active on the User Account and will expire one year from issuance. Camp Credits may NOT be redeemed for any reservation dates that encompass a holiday period or special event. Camp Credits have no cash value and may only be redeemed once. Guests may not cancel a reservation made with a Camp Credit and receive another credit for a future date, or receive the balance left in Camp Credit in cash or as credit back to a credit card.

Cancellation Due to Natural Disaster:

Your cancellation request after you make reservations or after you check in and stay due to natural disasters like high wind, storm, earthquake, flood, wild fire, and wild animals cannot be refunded. But we give Camp Credits for one year for the remaining nights except holiday or special events. We do not refund holiday or special event reservations for any reason.

Cancellation Due to Internet (Wifi) & Cellphone:

 Internet (WiFi) and cellular phone services are not included in our reservation prices, and we do not guarantee the quality of services. So we do not issue refunds due to disatisfaction with the quality of internet (WiFi) and cellular phone services.

Leaving Before Your Original Departure Date After Check-In and Refund:

In the case that a guest checks in and stays in our park, then wants to leave before their departure date for any reason, all money paid is forfeited. In some cases, Camp Credits for the remaining nights may be issued to the guest(s). Please speak to our office staff to see if you are able to recieve a camp credit for future use.

 

20. REFUND POLICIES

We do not give refunds due to the discomforts of nature or early departures. Our cancellation policy varies depending on the timing of your cancellation notice in advance of the reservation date.

Changing a reservation must be done at least 30 days prior to the arrival date for a Camp Credit in the amount paid for the reservation, minus a $30 processing fee. Changing a reservation less than 14 days prior to arrival for all cabins or less than 7 days prior to arrival for all campsites will results in all deposits paid being forfeited. In many cases you may be issued a Camp Credit for any money paid toward your reservation, to be used at a later date. (Please see " ***CAMP CREDIT " below for terms and conditions)

Monthly reservations  No refund is given for monthly reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival. The security deposit received will be fully refunded as long as there are no damages to the guests site and there are no outstanding balances for rent or utilities.

If you are a guest paying a monthly rate and leave prior to the end of the month, no money paid towards your rent will be returned to you. We DO NOT pro-rate, no exceptions. As long as no there are no damages to your site and there are no outstanding balances in your account, you will be refunded your security deposit in full. In the case that there are damages to your site and/or any outstanding balances within your account we will deduct those costs from your security deposit before it is returned to you.

Security deposit refunds processed via credit/debit card are to be processed back to the original credit/debit card and number used to pay said security deposit when reservation was made, no exceptions. The name on credit card must match the name on the reservation in order to recieve your refund. If the refund was paid in cash, you will recieve your refund in the form of a business check-(we DO NOT refund in cash, EVER)

 We understand that RV's breakdown, accidents occur, and people become injured/sick at the worst possible times, possibly leaving you suffering financially. If you find yourself faced with one of these unfortunate events, Please inform our office staff as soon as possible so that any money you paid towards your reservation can be moved into a camp credit account in your name to be used at a later date.

***Camp Credits remain active on the User Account for 1 year from the date of issuence before expiring. Camp Credits may NOT be redeemed for any reservation dates that encompass a holiday period or a special event. Camp Credits have NO cash value and may only be redeemed once. If a reservation that has been paid for with camp credit is cancelled for any reason, no more camp credit will be given. Also, if any camp credits remain after being used, they will not be given to anyone in cash or deposited onto a credit card/debit card. Camp credit cannot be transferred in anyway from one person to another with no exceptions. Camp credit cannot be sold or given away as a gift.

Electric Vehicle Charging Policy

Charging of electric vehicles (EVs) is not permitted without prior approval from the Owner or Manager. If approved, EV charging is billed at a rate of $0.64 per minute. Unauthorized use of electrical hookups for vehicle charging may result in additional fees or termination of your stay.

Please contact the office to request permission and arrange payment before connecting your EV.

Reservations Made On-Line and With Outside Entities:

In the event that you have made a reservation to stay at the LA RV Resort/ActionCamp with anyone other than ActionCamp/LA RV Resort, like Booking.com, Air BnB, etc., any changes you may need to make to the reservation will have to be done with whomever made the reservation. This includes refunds and cancellations. - We cannot make changes to any reservations made through a third party-PLEASE keep this in mind when beginning to plan your stay with us. 

 

 

Action Camp has the right to refuse service to anyone and to ask anyone to leave the premises (without refund) if they are not obeying these rules and other posted campground rules. By signing this document I agree to release from liability and to indemnify and hold harmless Action Camp, and any of its employees. I am aware that this is a release of liability and a contract and I sign it of my own free will.
