Love City Overlook Rules & Policies

Reservations & Check-In

Online Reservations Only – All bookings must be made online. Walk-ins are not accepted.
Check-In Time – 3:00 PM or later. Early check-in is subject to availability.
Check-Out Time – 11:00 AM. Late check-outs must be pre-approved and may incur a fee.
Cancellation Policy –
- Full refund if canceled 30+ days before arrival.
- No refunds for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
Guest Responsibility – The person booking is responsible for all members of their party complying with campground rules.

Campground Conduct & Safety

Quiet Hours – 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Please be mindful of other guests.
Respect Other Guests – No excessive noise, loud music, or disruptive behavior.
No Unauthorized Visitors – Only registered guests may enter the campground. Visitors must be pre-approved.
Fires & Cooking –
- Fires are only permitted in designated fire pits.
- No open flames or charcoal grills inside tents.
- Extinguish all fires before leaving the site.
Smoking Policy –

Campground Cleanliness & Sustainability

Leave No Trace – Pack out everything you bring in. Do not litter.
Trash & Recycling – Dispose of waste in designated bins. Separate recyclables when possible.
Water Usage – Conserve water. Turn off taps when not in use.
Eco-Friendly Practices – Biodegradable soaps and sunscreen are recommended.

Amenities & Facilities

Bathrooms & Showers – Portable are available. Please keep them clean and be respectful of shared use.

Tents & Equipment

Campsite Setup – Keep all equipment within your designated site.
Tent Damage – Guests are responsible for any damage to provided tents, mattresses, or campsite equipment.
Add-Ons & Rentals – Optional amenities (bedding, cookware, fans, solar AC, etc.) must be selected at booking. Availability is not guaranteed for last-minute requests.

Pets & Wildlife

Wildlife Respect – Do not feed or disturb wildlife. Secure all food properly.

Prohibited Activities

No Firearms, Fireworks, or Weapons – For the safety of all guests.
No Illegal Substances – Any guest found with illegal substances will be asked to leave immediately.
No Climbing on Structures or Trees – Stay on designated paths.
No Vandalism – Damage to campground property, natural areas, or art installations will result in fines and removal from the site.

Liability & Responsibility

Camp at Your Own Risk – Love City Fresh Camping is not responsible for injuries, lost items, or theft.
Weather Preparedness – The Virgin Islands can experience sudden weather changes. Be prepared for rain, wind, and sun exposure.
Emergency Contact – In case of emergency, notify camp staff immediately.
