Love City Overlook Rules & Policies

Reservations & Check-In

  1. Online Reservations Only – All bookings must be made online. Walk-ins are not accepted.
  2. Check-In Time – 3:00 PM or later. Early check-in is subject to availability.
  3. Check-Out Time – 11:00 AM. Late check-outs must be pre-approved and may incur a fee.
  4. Cancellation Policy –
    • Full refund if canceled 30+ days before arrival.
    • No refunds for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
  5. Guest Responsibility – The person booking is responsible for all members of their party complying with campground rules.

Campground Conduct & Safety

  1. Quiet Hours – 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Please be mindful of other guests.
  2. Respect Other Guests – No excessive noise, loud music, or disruptive behavior.
  3. No Unauthorized Visitors – Only registered guests may enter the campground. Visitors must be pre-approved.
  4. Fires & Cooking –
    • Fires are only permitted in designated fire pits.
    • No open flames or charcoal grills inside tents.
    • Extinguish all fires before leaving the site.
  5. Smoking Policy –
  • Smoking is not permitted inside tents, restrooms, or communal areas.
  • Proper disposal of cigarette butts is required 

Campground Cleanliness & Sustainability

  1. Leave No Trace – Pack out everything you bring in. Do not litter.
  2. Trash & Recycling – Dispose of waste in designated bins. Separate recyclables when possible.
  3. Water Usage – Conserve water. Turn off taps when not in use.
  4. Eco-Friendly Practices – Biodegradable soaps and sunscreen are recommended.

Amenities & Facilities

  1. Bathrooms & Showers – Portable are available. Please keep them clean and be respectful of shared use.

Tents & Equipment

  1. Campsite Setup – Keep all equipment within your designated site.
  2. Tent Damage – Guests are responsible for any damage to provided tents, mattresses, or campsite equipment.
  3. Add-Ons & Rentals – Optional amenities (bedding, cookware, fans, solar AC, etc.) must be selected at booking. Availability is not guaranteed for last-minute requests.

Pets & Wildlife

  1. Pet Policy –
  • Pets are welcome for a pet fee but must be leashed and supervised at all times.
  • Owners must clean up after pets.
  • Excessive barking or aggressive behavior is not tolerated.
  1. Wildlife Respect – Do not feed or disturb wildlife. Secure all food properly.

Prohibited Activities

  1. No Firearms, Fireworks, or Weapons – For the safety of all guests.
  2. No Illegal Substances – Any guest found with illegal substances will be asked to leave immediately.
  3. No Climbing on Structures or Trees – Stay on designated paths.
  4. No Vandalism – Damage to campground property, natural areas, or art installations will result in fines and removal from the site.

Liability & Responsibility

  1. Camp at Your Own Risk – Love City Fresh Camping is not responsible for injuries, lost items, or theft.
  2. Weather Preparedness – The Virgin Islands can experience sudden weather changes. Be prepared for rain, wind, and sun exposure.
  3. Emergency Contact – In case of emergency, notify camp staff immediately.
