• NOTICE-ALL SITES MUST HAVE A RV WATER PRESSURE REGULATOR. LOVE CIVIC CENTER, ITS OWNER OR MANAGEMENT ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY WATER DAMAGES THAT MAY OCCUR TO YOUR RV DUE TO NOT INSTALLING OR IMPROPER INSTALLATION

Rate Information: Rates are based on 2 Adults guests with 2 vehicles per RV site with up to 2 pets permitted. 

Electricity: All sites offer electricty (30 amp at all sites, and 50 amp at selected sites)

Quiet Time:  10:00pm – 7:00am – Please be considerate of others.  No loud music at any time.

Speed Limit:  Please observe a speed limit of no more than 5 mph. Failure to obey speed limit you will be ask to leave with no refund.

Sewer (where applicable)/Water: Sewage Hose Cradles are Required. (A $50 fee will be added to your bill if you do not obey the rules.)  Do not allow hoses to lay on ground, this encourages fire ants and damage to hoses. Sewer connection – a positive sewer seal at both ends of sewer hose is required. Black tank and grey tank valves must remain closed at all times, except during the draining process. Water is provided and included with rental site, please be responsible for usage. No washing of vehicles or RV at sites. No water Splitters or swimming pools, hot tubs or Jacuzzis.  

Children: there is no substitution for adequate supervision.  We want children to be safe and have a good time, but always under the watchful eyes of a parent/guardian.  We are not responsible for their safety or welfare.  You are liable for their behavior and safety.

Pets:  Friendly, non-aggressive pets are welcome. A maximum of 2 dogs is permitted per site. When outside the RV, pets must be on a leash no longer than 8 foot and may not be left unattended. Tie outs are not allowed. Always clean up after your pets and keep barking to a minimum, your neighbor will not tolerate poor owner behavior. Pet policy is strictly enforced at managements discretion & will result in removal from the site.

Trash:  Dumpsters located in the park are for personal trash only. No household furniture is allowed in the dumpster or outside dumpster . All garbage must be bagged and tied; boxes broken down.  DO NOT leave trash outside your RV.  Cleanliness of the park is important to us. Sites must be kept clean and orderly, as determined by management.  

Internet:  Wireless Internet is for our guest use. Please use one device at a particular time so everyone in the park may enjoy the service. Love Civic Center is not responsible for the operations of this service.    

Parking:  Two vehicles in addition to RV per RV site are permitted (as available).  Do not park or drive on grass. Please do not block the main drives. All visitors must check in at office. 

Trees/Property:  DO NOT CUT OR TRIM TREES Call Office for assistance. No digging of any kind and no fences may be erected. Sewer and electrical lines are throughout the park. Clothes Lines, Cheater Boxes or Pigtails Are Not Allowed.  Live Civic Center is not responsible for any electrical components on RV’s.

Conduct:  Disorderly conduct, drunkenness, obscene language, obnoxious, disruptive or vulgar behavior will not be tolerated. This will be reason for immediate eviction without refund. Fireworks are not allowed.  No Open Firearms are to be Displayed.

Absolutely no outside structures permitted without management approval.

Drugs:  Illegal drugs of any form are prohibited on the property of Love Civic Center.  Person(s) caught in violation of this rule are subject to immediate eviction without a refund.

Liability:  All Park facilities and equipment are intended for the convenience of our guests. Any and all persons using the facilities do at THEIR OWN RISK AND CONSENT.  The Park management is NOT RESPONSIBLE for accidents due to fire, theft, wind, flood, personal negligence, acts of God, or other unfortunate circumstances. The registered guest is financially responsible for all individuals and pets at their site for any and all damage to the park. Again, all visitors must check in at the office and subject to day use fee. 

Change Policy:

• Changes to reservation arrival or departure dates made outside of the cancellation window (4+ weeks) will result in a one-time courtesy change and every change made thereafter will be charged a $25 service fee.
• Changes made to decrease occupancy or pets resulting in a credit owed will result in the issuance of a Camp Credit. Camp Credit will remain active on the User Account and will expire one year from issuance.
• Reservation arrival or departure dates may not be changed inside the cancellation window (contact Park Administration)

Payment Policy:

• Payment is due in full at time of booking.
