Loveland RV Resorts – Terms and Conditions

1. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in time begins at 1:00 PM.
• Check-out time is no later than 11:00 AM, unless prior arrangements have been made. Fees may apply for late departures.

2. Site Occupancy and Vehicles

• Each campsite is limited to a maximum of eight (8) occupants.
• Only one vehicle may be parked at a campsite unless otherwise authorized by resort management.

3. Pet Policy

• Guests may bring leashed, well-behaved pets.
• Pets must not be left unattended or tied outside and must always be kept under control and quiet.
• Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
• Pets are not allowed in any buildings (except the office), on the playground, or in the pool area.
• The following breeds, including any mixes, are strictly prohibited: Pit Bull, Doberman, Akita, Rottweiler, Chow, and Staffordshire Terrier.
• A maximum of three (3) pets is allowed per site unless prior approval is granted.
• Pet fees may apply.

4. General Rules

• Side-by-side camping is strictly prohibited.
• Fireworks are not allowed on resort property.
• Wood-burning campfires are prohibited; however, small propane fire pits are permitted.
• Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

5. Vehicle Washing and Repairs

• RVs may be washed only with a wash permit purchased from the office.
• Washing of any other vehicles is not permitted.
• Minor RV repairs may be performed by approved mobile repair services only.
• Any repair involving fluids, engines, chassis, or major work must receive prior written approval from management.

6. Rates and Payments

• Published rates exclude taxes and additional charges for extra persons, pets, and vehicles. Rates are subject to change without notice and may vary on weekends or holidays.
• A deposit is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance, including any additional charges, is due upon arrival.
• Reservations exceeding 14 days are eligible for recurring billing. Guests on recurring billing agree to auto-pay for ongoing charges and site purchases.
• No refunds or credits are issued for early departures.

7. Cancellations

• Cancellations made within seven (7) days of arrival are non-refundable.
• Cancellations made eight (8) or more days before arrival will receive a full refund, minus a $15 administration fee.

8. Mail and Deliveries

• Packages will be accepted for guests and must be collected promptly. (No standard mail service available)

9. Arrival Times and Payments

• Standard check-in hours are from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM Monday through Saturday, and 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM on Sundays.
• Winter hours are 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM daily. Guests arriving outside these times must contact the office in advance.
• Payment for retail items and gift certificates is due at the time of purchase.

10. Children

• Children are welcome when accompanied by an adult.
• Children aged two (2) years and under stay free of charge.

11. Liability

This property is privately owned. The camper accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he does hereby release the Campground, its officers and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to his person arising out of his use of its camping facilities, and agrees to indemnify the Campground, its officers and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person of any member of the family or guest of the registered camper arising out of use of its camping facilities. The camper agrees to abide by the park rules, the innkeeper's rights listed under Colorado statutes 12-44-302 and 8-4-503 and the Loveland RV Resort refund policy. Additionally, the camper gives authorization to Loveland RV Resort to perform a background or credit check if it is deemed necessary. Failure to pay amounts owed to Loveland RV Resort resulting in late charges and cost of collection which may include attorney fees will be the responsibility of the Guest. I have read and agree to comply with all the Campground rules and regulations as posted in the office and/or grounds.

12. Electronic Signatures

Your credit card information is stored and processed securely. Electronic Signatures: You agree that your electronic signature, whether digital or encrypted, is intended to authenticate the Terms and Conditions contained herein and to have the same force and effect as manual signatures. Delivery of a copy of this Agreement or any other document contemplated hereby bearing an original or electronic signature by email transmission in “Portable document format” (“.pdf”) form, or by any other electronic means intended to preserve the original graphic and pictorial appearance of a document, will have the same effect as physical delivery of the paper document bearing an original or electronic signature.
