We would like everyone to enjoy their camping stay, so we ask that you abide by the following rules.
Must be 21 years or older to rent a glamping campsite.
75% down payment is required for all reservations, before checking in you need to pay your remaining balance.
Campsites can be reserved for a maximum of 7 nights within a 30-day period and reservations should be made 24 hours
before the campsite is needed. Reservations for Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day weekends require a three-
night minimum stay. In addition, weekends require a two-night minimum stay.
Parents are responsible for the safety and conduct of children. Children 12 years & under should always be accompanied by
an adult.
RESERVATION SURCHARGES
A $3 online reservation fee is applied to any reservation made via the website.
There is a $5 lock-site fee if you would prefer to guarantee your campsite location.
$50 security deposit for reservations less than four night, reservations that are four plus nights is $100 security deposit.
Camping rates include two guests, but a campsite can include up to four guests at an additional fee.
o Additional guests are $5 per day
A maximum occupancy of four guest are allowed per site, including visitors.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Any existing reservation that is canceled greater than 14 days to your arrival date will receive a refund minus the $20
cancellation fee.
Any existing reservation that is canceled less than 14 days to your arrival date will receive a refund minus the $100
cancellation fee.
Holiday weekend reservations are NON REFUNABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
Same day cancellations or no-shows forfeit booking reservation payment.
No refunds for early departure for whatever reason.
VISITOR POLICY
For everyone’s safety, all visitors must register at the office, pay applicable visitor’s fee, and display a car pass in their
vehicle.
o $5 per visitor
A maximum occupancy of four people allowed per site, including visitors.
Visitor’s fee permits use of campground facilities including all amenities.
Day visiting hours are until 11pm.
Unregistered guests are not allowed.
Guests are the responsibility of the registered camper and must follow all campground rules.
QUIET TIME
Quiet time is 11:00pm to 7:00am. Please no outdoor music, loud talking, or other disrupting noise during these hours.
All minors are to be on their site by 11:00pm or accompanied by an adult.
Report any disturbance to the office.
Please be considerate of your neighboring campers at all times.
VEHICLES
Two vehicles are allowed per campsite rental.
No washing of vehicles without office permission.
ALCOHOL
Alcoholic beverages are not permitted anywhere in the campground area.
GLAMPING TENT CAMPSITE
All campsites at Loves Way Village are limited to one camping unit and an overnight maximum of four guests per site.
o A camping unit is defined as one glamping tent platform.
All glamping tent campsites are non-smoking. No smoking is permitted in the glamping tent campsite, bath house or
outdoor grilling area. All butts must be disposed of as garbage and not tossed onto the ground of the campsite property.
In addition, no flammable lanterns, candles or fire of any kind is allowed inside of the glamping tent campsite.
No blankets, bedding or pillows are to be removed from the glamping tent campsite. Do not use these items around the fire
ring or cleaning fees will apply.
Due to the popularity of our glamping tent campsite furnishings, any that are removed or taken will be charged to your
reservation.
Wild animals are present in the woods surrounding Loves Way Village but have never caused any problems. Please keep all
food securely contained inside of your glamping tent campsite or vehicle. A clean campsite doesn’t attract wild animals.
Do not untie or loosen ropes around the tents as this will disturb the integrity of the structure.
TRASH
Trash must be bagged and tied closed.
Trash dumpsters are shown on the map.
Trash pick-up is available once a day. Please have trash set out by 9am at your campsite.
Please do not leave trash out overnight.
Please do not burn trash in the fire pit, this will attract animals and leave an unpleasant smell for other guests.
FIREWOOD/TREES
Firewood is available for purchase at the Office.
Due to the spread of invasive insects, WV Department of Agriculture recommends, that firewood be bought locally. WV
State Law does not allow out-of-state firewood
The breaking/cutting of branches, injuring or tying hammocks to trees is prohibited.
No driving nails or screws into trees, transplanting trees or shrubs or cutting or picking vegetation.
PET POLICY
There is a one-time Pet Fee of $25 for your entire stay at Loves Way Village.
Don’t leave your dog at the campground alone when you embark for that day hike, whether tied up at camp or kept inside
the tent or car. It’s not only potentially disruptive for other campers, it could also endanger your canine companion. Pets
should be kept in crates at night.
o At night, your dog needs to be sleeping in your glamping campsite, a crate is advised.
Limit of two dogs per site.
Always keep your dog on a leash when at camp. The Lease should be no longer than 6 feet..
No excessive barking.
Use pick-up bags for your dog’s waste. Leave no trace of your dog at the campsite. Maintenance will not pick up pet waste
bags on site, please place in full size garbage bag or in the dumpster.
Please keep your dog away from the cooking and communal areas. Including, playground/volleyball area, communal fire pit
area and shower/bath houses
You agree to prevent noise or any other disturbance by your dog, in the interest of other guests at the Campground.
Vaccinations. You represent and warrant that your dog is up to date on all vaccinations (including rabies and distemper) and
flea treatments.
You agree that, should your dog create any disturbances, which cause complaints to be made to the management by other
guests or employees of the Campground, at the request of a Campground employee, you will immediately make
arrangements to house your dog elsewhere outside the Campground. Additionally, you understand and agree that if you do
not find alternative housing for your pet after being asked to do so, you will be asked to leave the Campground and will not
be issued a refund.
PET POLICY
The Campground has the sole discretion to exclude dogs. The basis for exclusion may include, but is not limited to the
following:
1.breed-specific exclusions
2.due to their young age are exempted from state or local law vaccination requirements
3.are sick
4.are in heat
5.are aggressive, vicious, dangerous or potentially dangerous
6.require muzzling
7.are easily frightened or sensitive, resulting in disruptive behavior (such as fighting or biting) in response to a stimulus.
Assumption of Risk and Release.
o You understand that by having permission to have your dog at the Campground with you is a privilege and not a
contractual right. Such permission is expressly conditional upon your adherence to the terms of these rules and
other rules in effect at any given time. You understand that the Campground may revoke such permission at any
time for any reason. Additionally, you hereby assume all responsibility of risks, injury, damage, other harm that
may occur while your dog is at the Campground or caused by your dog. Further, you hereby knowingly and
voluntarily expressly release and discharge the Campground, its owner, its agents, its parent companies, members,
managers, directors, officers and employees (“Released Parties”) from any and all claims, damages, liabilities,
injuries, demands, or causes of action, both present and future, whether known, unknown, anticipated or
unanticipated, that you or my guests or invitees may have against any of the Released Parties arising out of or
incident to your dog’s presence in the Campground, whether arising from any act or omission, whether negligent
or otherwise, of you, your dog and/or any guest or invitee. You further agree to indemnify each of the Released
Parties for any and all such claims, damages, liabilities, injuries, demands, or causes of action, including costs,
expenses, and attorney’s fees arising as a result of or related to the presence of the dog at the Campground. This
provision shall be enforceable to the fullest extent of the law.
CAMPFIRES & PICNIC TABLES
Loves Way Village has provided a community outdoor grilling area, picnic tables and a community fire pit area to be used by
all guests.
A private Solo Stove fire ring is available to rent at the cost of $35 per stay which includes firewood and an outdoor cooking
accessory.
o We ask that the Solo Stove fire ring not be moved once delivered to your campsite.
Campfires cannot be left unattended and must be extinguished before leaving your site or turning in at night.
Campfires must be kept within the fire rings.
No chopping or splitting wood on fire rings.
Do not discard garbage, cigarette butts, cans, etc., in fire rings.
Children are always to be supervised around open fires.
BIKES, SCOOTERS, ATV’S
No riding allowed after sunset. They are also not permitted to be ridden in any resort owned buildings, amenities, bath
house or communal grilling area.
Bicycle sized electric and battery-operated scooters are permitted in the campground. Management reserves the right to
discontinue the use of scooters at their discretion.
Off road vehicles such as RTV’s, ATV’s, mini-bikes & batter-operated Power Wheels are not allowed.
Flags are required on all low-riding vehicles.
EMERGENCY
In case of an emergency, please dial 911 and report the emergency at 200 Loves Way, Moorefield, WV. Please make the
village management aware as well
Management reserves the right to close any part or all of the resort.
o As soon as the emergency is remedied, it will be reopened.
PRIVATE PROPERTY
Please respect our neighbors and do not trespass on private property.
OTHER POLICIES
No rowdiness of any kind.
Sleeping outdoors in the campground is not permitted.
There is no sleeping in vehicles.
Please do not walk through other sites.
For safety and privacy purposes, the flying of drones in the park is not allowed.
No generator’s are permitted on the campgrounds, electric is provided at every glamping campsite platform.
Water is provided by the resort. It is to be used for drinking and household use only. There shall be no washing of dishing or
utensils in restrooms. Please use the potable water points throughout the campground.
Fireworks are not permitted.
Please leave your campsite in a desirable state.
Permission must be obtained from the management for any delivery trucks or other commercial vehicles.
Love’s Way Village is not liable for any injuries that may occur on campground property. We are not liable for any acts of
theft or damage caused by natural elements or vandalism.
All guests must provide for their own property insurance covering personal belongings. Love’s Way Village insurance does
not cover incidents occurring on a site or involving personal property belonging to a guest.
We reserve the right to change or move a site if necessary.
Violation of any campground rule is grounds for eviction. Anyone who is evicted is not entitled to a refund.
In consideration for myself, and all persons entering under MY SUPERVISION, being permitted to camp and participate in the activities at Loves Way Village, I and all persons listed below, agree to the following Waiver and Release:
I hereby KNOWINGLY AND INTENTIONALLY WAIVE AND RELEASE, IDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS, Loves Way Village, Love Christian Assembly, all officers and employees of all liability for injuries caused by, but NOT LIMITED TO, the following activities: CAMPFIRES, HIKING, FISHING, HOT TUB, PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT, WAGON RIDES, PLANNED EVENTS, DOGS, SHOWERS, SCOOTERS AND ENCOUNTERS WITH WILDLIFE.
I acknowledge that camping has many hazards and that there are risks that cannot be eliminated, particularly in a wilderness environment.
I hereby acknowledge that Loves Way Village is not responsible for any theft, loss or damage incurred during my stay.
My signature below confirms that I have read and agree to abide by all rules and policies at Loves Way Village. I also understand that I can be asked to leave the property, without refund, for failure to follow said rules and policies. A copy of which, is posted at www.loveswayvillage.com
I hereby consent to photographs and videos taken of me and all parties listed below during our stay at Loves Way Village for purposes of event documentation and promotion of Loves Way Village. Names will not be published.
