Terms & Conditions

Motel’s rules and regulations listed below and that were given to you at check-in.

1. Check-In time is at 3PM and Check-Out time is at 11AM and must be enforced for the next guest’s arrival. Late check-outs may be arranged at the office for $15.00 up to 1PM if available. After 1PM a full day’s stay will be applied.

Late check-ins are allowed after the office closes at 11 pm. Please ring the doorbell near the front office door or call the office number. 

If you are staying in our motel for a month or longer, we require an agreement to be signed.  Please contact our office for more details. 

2. Smoking: We are a non-smoking motel. Please smoke outside. Smoking inside will result in a deep deposit fee of $250.

3. Quiet hours are from 11PM-9AM. Keep noise at a minimum during this time. This includes the use of radios and TVs.

4. SPEED LIMIT IS 10MPH

5. This motel and its management are not responsible for accidents, injury, loss, damage, or claims for damages to property of customers due to theft, or other causes.

6. Customers are responsible for the conduct and behavior of their, children, pets, and guest. 

PETS

7. Pets are welcome but must always be on a leash with you on the other end. Pets are not allowed outside unattended or in a cage/carrier of any kind. Please do not tie your pet to a tree and leave. Leaving your pet unattended is dangerous for your pet as many factors including weather, power outages, etc. can affect your pets well being. Any animal showing signs of aggression will be asked to vacate the premises immediately. You are responsible for your pet’s waste disposal. Fines of $20 per occurrence will be applied for non-removal of your pet’s waste. Pets are not allowed in any of our facilities. Pets are not allowed on the furniture in the motel rooms. Due to Insurance Requirements, all pets must be vaccinated at our motel. Please make sure your pet is up-to-date on vaccinations. Excessive barking is not tolerated and disturbs your neighbors. Please note that excessive barking may result in you being asked to leave without a refund. 

8. Hanging or leaving clothes, swimsuits, or towels outside to dry is not allowed. Laundry facilities are provided and are open 9AM – 11PM. Please do not leave laundry unattended. We are not responsible for accidents or theft. 

9. Vehicle oil changes are not permitted at the motel. Please do not dispose of any motor oil, cooking oil, wires, furniture, mattresses, or any toxic or hazardous waste items. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in charges for disposal fees.

10. Only registered guests are permitted to enter the motel. All visitors must stop in the office to register. Visitors may not bring pets. We reserve the right to limit the number of people visiting a room. Day visitors must depart by 10:00 pm CST. Overnight visitors must depart by Noon CST. Please check with the office before inviting any visitors. Registered guests are responsible for ensuring their visitors are properly registered and that all motel rules are followed.

11.  Fireworks are strictly prohibited in our park. The prohibition of fireworks includes sparklers, smoke bombs, aerials, and firecrackers. If these items are seen, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.

12. Solicitation or signs for the sale of products/services will not be allowed.

13.  No criminal or drug activity is permitted.

14. Emergency Contact Information forms are required for all monthly guest. This information remains confidential and used only when a situation arises when we need to contact someone in the event of an emergency or is sought by law enforcement agencies. We never give out to others.

15. Any personal belongings left behind by guests will be held for a maximum of 30 days from the date of check-out. If the items are not claimed within this period, they will be considered abandoned and will be discarded.

16. Animals left behind in rooms will be reported to the local sheriff’s office for the safety and welfare of the animal. The motel is not responsible for any actions taken by the local authorities. The motel is not responsible for care, feeding, or safekeeping of any animal left on the premises.

If you observe any activity you believe to be of concern, call 903-336-1808 24 hours a day. (No soliciting is allowed.) 

If you need 911 for any reason, and time allows, please call the office so maintenance staff can be prepared to escort emergency personnel to your room. 

 

Motel Room Cancellation:

Motel Room reservations are fully refundable with a 72-hour cancellation notice, less a $5 processing fee. Cancellations within 24 hours are 50% refundable. 

Lucky Buck's Lodge does not allow smoking indoors or in any of our facilities.  If the unit requires professional cleaning, the guest will be charged $200.00.

Disregard for any of the rules and regulations will be enough reason for terminating the Guest stay without refund.

Management reserves the right to add to or change these or other rules as circumstances require. Thank you for your patience in reading through these rules and regulations. We do request your cooperation in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our Motel.
