Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be made with a full refund up to 14 days before arrival for monthly and weekly bookings. If you cancel after that time no refund is given.

Cancellations can be made with a full refund up to 3 days before arrival for nightly bookings.  If you cancel after that time no refund is given.

There is a cancellation fee of $5 with each cancellation or change in reservation for weekly and monthly bookings. 

There is a cancellation fee of $2 with each cancellation or change in reservation for nightly bookings. 

* *Under special circumstances a refund may be considered i.e., Death in the family, COVID sickness, etc.

If you have a reservation longer then two nights and you do not show up by the third day, without notice to our staff your reservation will be cancelled without notice and no refunds will be given.
