Magee East Marina and Campground, Oak Harbor, Ohio

Introduction: 

Welcome to Magee East Marina and Campground. By renting and using our services that are provided, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with our Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions extend and apply to all related services, amenities, etc. We recommend saving a copy or calling the General store for any questions or concerns regarding the Terms and Conditions. 

Agreement to Terms and Conditions: 

Magee East Marina and Campground Terms and Conditions contained in this Agreement shall govern your use of stay/use of camping and all its content, add-ons and amenities. These Terms outline the Rules and Regulations guiding the use/service/s of Magee East Marina and Campground located at 10655 W State Route 2 Oak Harbor, Ohio 43449. 

Terms and Conditions: 

By Agreeing to the Terms and Conditions which outlines our Rules and Regulations you Agree to comply with the following: 

1. All monthly reservation sites will be metered for electrical use at the rate of $.30 per kilowatt hour. Payment for power usage will be due at the end of each month. If Electric bills are not paid within 30 days, there will be a $5.00 late fee per month, per bill. They may be paid over the phone with a credit card. 

2. Magee East Campground agrees to provide the Renter with water hookups, metered electricity, and dumpster service. Normal everyday garbage is to be deposited by the Renter into the provided dumpster located on the campground Any items placed in the trash dumpster that result in extra disposal charges, will result in those charges being paid for by the Renter. 

3. The Renter agrees to use the premises for camping only, and does certify that the site cannot be sublet or used by anyone else without prior permission from Magee East Management. Guests are permitted at the campsite only if the Renter (or an adult member) is present. 

4. No boats will be allowed to be parked or stored at any campsite for any reason. Storage, Maintenance, repairs, rigging, etc. must be done in the storage lot near the pole barn. 

5. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times and waste picked up immediately. Any dog(s) deemed by Management of Magee East to be aggressive or vicious will not be allowed on the premises. 

6. If Magee East Campground is required to begin legal proceedings to enforce or recover from the breach, for any term or condition of this written agreement, Magee East Campground shall recover from the Tenant all costs incurred, together with reasonable attorney fees. 

7. The tenant accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he.she does hereby release Magee east Campground, and their management and employees of all liability for the loss or damage to property, or injury to their Guests arising from themselves or their Guests’ use of facility. Tenant agrees to indemnify, defend, and to hold harmless Magee East, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities or damages resulting from or arising in any way from or related to Tenant’s or their Guests’ use of the facility. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of the leased campsites, docks, campground or marina facilities or services. 

8. All motorized vehicles are to be operated by licensed drivers ONLY. No ATV’s will be permitted to be used on the property at any time. All golf carts must be equipped with headlights. 

9. If you have a water leak on campers and hoses, you will be charged a $100 fee. 

10. With the playground now open, please remind your children to please be careful, have fun, pick up after themselves, put the balls in the ball cart, and pick up their trash and deposit it in the trash can on the site. 

11. Any and all visitors to Magee East who are playing on the playground and basketball court are doing so at their own risk. 

12. You agree to explain all of the rules to any visitors you bring to Magee East. 

13. The tenant is financially responsible for any damages to the property, including those caused by negligence, accident, or abuse, beyond normal wear and tear. In the event of damage to the property or its contents, the cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the credit card on file.
