Refund Policy

Main Street Manor RV Park

Nightly or Weekly Reservations:

  • Cancellation 8 days or more prior to arrival will be given a 90% refund of paid reservation.
  • Cancellation 7 days or less will be given a 50% refund of paid reservation .  Cancellation must be made by 5pm MT on the day prior to scheduled arrival.
  • A No Show (< 24 hours) results in forfeiture of all fees paid.
  • No refunds after check in.

Monthly/Extended Stay Reservations:

  • Cancelling 31 days or more prior to arrival – $100 Cancellation Fee, remainder of prepaid reservation refunded.
  • Cancelling 30 days or less prior to arrival – $200 Cancellation Fee, remainder of prepaid reservation refunded.
  • If a reservation is cancelled at any time after the arrival date, there are no refunds for unused days. If guest stays < 30 days, the monthly reservation will be converted to a weekly reservation and additional fees may apply.
  • No shows will forfeit all fees paid.
  • No refunds after check in.
