Manapogo RV Campground, Orland, Indiana
MANAPOGO RV CAMPGROUND -- GENERAL GUIDELINES, RULES & REGULATIONS
REGISTRATION for campers and guests must be done at the office upon arrival.
- Check-in for campsites and cabins is 3 PM, check-out time is 11 AM.
- Depending on availability, guests can pay a $25 fee for early check-in before 3 PM or late check-out after 11AM but must first confirm with office staff.
- One unit (RV, trailer, pop-up, or tent), one additional vehicle, two adults, and two children (max 4 people) are included in your rate. All additional persons and vehicles must register at the office. Guests are welcome on the property until 9 PM. Day passes for visitors are $10.
QUIET HOURS begin at 10 PM, with no exceptions. We ask that the music is then turned off and that noise is kept to a minimum in your unit. Any camper(s) or group that creates a disturbance or destroys campground property will immediately lose camping privileges without refund(s). A security guard will patrol the park as quiet hours approach to remind all guests to wind down. Please notify security or call the manager on duty to report a nuisance after quiet hours.
ALCOHOL is permitted at your campsite. When traveling about the campground, please transfer alcohol beverages into cups. For the safety of our maintenance staff and guests, GLASS BOTTLES ARE PROHIBITED.
TRASH is to be disposed of, BY ALL GUESTS, in the provided dumpsters. The campground does NOT offer trash pickup services. Please do not dispose of large items that do not fit in trash bags, such as chairs, tables, grills, awnings, etc. By law, propane tanks of any size cannot be left in public dumpsters. Please break down all cardboard boxes. Please do not dispose of any type of electronics.
VEHICLES. No more than 2 vehicles per site, including both campers and guests. A licensed adult must operate all motor vehicles. DRIVE SLOWLY and observe the SPEED LIMIT of 5 MPH! Remember that there are children at play at all hours.
BIKING. Any adult or child biking after dark must have working lights on their bike!
SMOKING (including vaping) is not permitted inside any campground building on the premises (rental units, office, bathrooms, etc.).
PETS are welcome at Manapogo, however they must be always kept on a leash and cannot be left unattended. Two pets are allowed per site. Kindly clean up after your pet(s) and dispose of their waste in the nearest receptacle. If caught not cleaning up after your pet, a $150 fine per incident will be imposed. Pets are not allowed in any campground buildings (laundry room, bathhouse, pavilion, etc.) Aggressive dogs of any breed are not welcome. If your dog shows behavior that is protective and unfriendly to strangers, please leave them at home. A pet playground will be constructed this season allowing your pet an area to play off leash.
FIREWORKS are not permitted at any time.
HUNTING is not permitted at any time.
GUNS are never permitted in public spaces. This includes air, BB, paintball, etc.
PROPERTY DAMAGE. Our trees are important to us. We ask that you do not cut down any standing trees (alive or dead). Please do not deface or damage trees with nails, axes, or saws. Do not string lights, laundry, or any other item from the trees.
FIREWOOD. It is against Indiana’s regulations to bring any type of out-of-state wood into the campground to avoid the spread of invasive species. Any firewood stored on site must be stacked against the unit. Firewood is available for purchase in the store, and we would be happy to deliver it to your site.
TENTS are permitted but must not overflow onto roadways. Tents are not considered permanent structures as they are meant for temporary use for guests under the age of eighteen. Those guests staying in the tent(s) still count toward the site maximum (6). Tents may not be erected for more than four (4) consecutive days.
BEACH / LAKE RULES
● The beach area is open daily from 8 AM until dusk.
● No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
● Children 15 years or younger must be always accompanied by an adult.
● The beach/lake is reserved for guests of the property. Guests not staying on the property may inquire about daily passes.
● Alcohol is prohibited, as is all glassware.
● Music must be kept to a quiet decibel level.
● Pets are not permitted.
● Diving is prohibited as it can lead to injury.
● Do not hang on the swim rope for any reason.
● Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs are prohibited.
● For emergencies, dial 911. A first-aid kit is available in the store.
ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES
● Five visitors allowed per day ($10 for day visitors, $15 for overnight visitors after 9pm). The addition of overnight visitors must not result in exceeding your site’s maximum.
● Please keep your campfire(s) small and manageable and extinguish them with water prior to retiring or leaving the site. Do not attempt to move the fire ring(s) or to build a fire outside of them. Do not burn anything other than wood.
● An adult must accompany children under the age of eight to the restrooms, store, and office.
● The laundry room will be open 24 hours.
● The owner and management are not liable for any lost or stolen articles or any personal injury or damage for any cause. Guests assume that the use of all the facilities is at their own risk.
PIER INFORMATION
1. Pier Prices:
· Pontoons: $450.00
· All other piers: $375.00
· Channel by ramp: $150.00
· Storage (trailers, paddle boats, canoes) at rear of campground: $55.00
2. Subletting is not permitted.
3. Beach boats in designated areas to the east of the Pontoon piers.
4. Boats and trailers must display a 2025 sticker.
5. Park your boats and trailers in the designated areas and avoid the space behind the game room.
6. Ensure your boat trailer tongue is unlocked.
7. If you are considering purchasing a boatlift, prior approval is required to ensure it meets our standards.
8. Any watercraft in Indiana for more than 60 days must be registered in Indiana or have an Indiana excise sticker with their state registration as per state law.
WINTER TRAILER STORAGE
1. For any unit left onsite during the winter you must pay a $150.00 storage fee.
2. If your trailer is not being stored for the winter, but you want the same campsite and wish to leave the platforms, etc., we require a deposit of $150.00. That deposit is non-refundable if you do not return the following year.
3. Storage fees must be paid by October 15, 2025
4. Winter Boat Storage:
· Rowboats: $50.00
· Speed or Bass boats: $75.00
· Pontoon or Deck boat: $100.00
· Limited inside storage: $275.00
5. Only rowboats may be stored on your campsite provided they are off the boat trailer and secure.
WINTERIZING
If you would like your unit winterized for the off-season, please notify the office before September 30, 2025. The fee is $75 and includes anti-freeze. There will be an additional fee of $25 for late requested and we do not guarantee service, depending on the number requests.

WAIVER FOR USE OF MANAPOGO
WAIVER: This agreement represents a waiver to use Manapogo RV Campground (The “Campground”) on the terms below. All rules and regulations are posted on our website, and are subject to change. All guests of this property are referred to in this agreement collectively as the “Camper”.
TERMINATION BY CAMPGROUND: The Campground may revoke this agreement for any reason at its sole discretion, including any violation of its terms, violation of the rules and regulations, or misstatements made by the Camper pursuant to this agreement. The Camper agrees to immediately depart the campground in an orderly manner if notified to do so by management.
TERMINATION: Indiana State Law provides that after written notice is given to a camper, a campground may request a law enforcement officer to remove any camper who willfully denies other campers their right to quiet enjoyment of the campground, including but not limited to, any camper who: (a) disturbs, threatens or endangers other guests; (b) is less than twenty-one years of age and possesses alcohol; (c) possesses or uses illegal drugs; (d) violates any state or local law; or (e) violates any other lawful rule or regulation of the campground that enhances the safety and quiet enjoyment of its campers. The law enforcement officer may cite the offending camper with trespassing. The campground may remove property owned by the camper to storage, which will incur a storage fee of $52.00 per day. After thirty days, the campground may dispose of the property under the Indiana Lien Law.
NOT A RESIDENCE: The Camper may not claim this Campground as a permanent residence. No mail is to be sent to the Campground.
NO TRANSFER OR ASSIGNMENT: The Camper is not permitted to transfer or assign this agreement.
ATTORNEYS’ FEES: In the event that legal proceedings of any kind are instituted by the Campground to enforce this agreement, the Camper agrees that he or she is liable for the reasonable costs and attorneys’ fees incurred by the Campground in pursuing such action.
INHERENT RISKS OF CAMPING: The Camper agrees that the Campground is not liable for any property damages, personal injury, or death resulting from the inherent risks of camping. It is the duty of the Camper to act within the limits of the Camper’s own ability, to heed all warnings and to refrain from acting in a manner that may cause or contribute to the injury of any person or damage to any property.
INDEMNITY: The Camper takes full responsibility for any damage and/or breakages incurred during each stay. The Campground takes no responsibility for any lost or stolen items from both accommodations or vehicles and suggests that guests securely lock their accommodations and/or motor vehicles when unoccupied. No refunds or reimbursements will be issued. Upon departure, any key deposit or other bonds paid are refunded to the Camper, provided that the keys and/or hired items are returned in the same condition upon check out.
PRIVACY: The Campground may mail or email marketing related information to the Camper to keep them up to date on special offers, events, improvements, etc. The Campground respects your privacy and if you do not wish to receive such marketing related information, please inform the Campground.
PRIVACY CLAUSE FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION
This Privacy Clause explains how the Campground collects, uses, and discloses your data during the online registration process.
INFORMATION COLLECTION: During the online registration process, the Campground may collect the following types of personal information:
- Name
- Email address
- Contact number
- Mailing address
- Date of birth
- Any other information necessary for the registration process
USE OF INFORMATION: The Campground uses the collected data for the following purposes:
- To process guest registrations
- To communicate with the Camper regarding registration and related updates
- To improve the Campground’s website and services
- To send promotional offers, newsletters, and other relevant communications
DATA SECURITY: The Campground implements reasonable security measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
DATA SHARING: The Campground does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. However, the Campground may share personal data with trusted third-party service providers that assist in operating our website or conducting business.
LEGAL COMPLIANCE: The Campground may disclose the Camper’s personal information if required by law, court order, or government regulations, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Campground and its users.
COOKIES & TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES: The Campground’s website may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance the browsing experience. The Camper has the option to disable cookies through browser settings; however, doing so may affect certain functionalities of our website.
CONSENT: By completing the online registration process, the Camper gives explicit consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information as outlined in this Privacy Clause.
DATA RETENTION: The Campground retains Camper’s personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law.
ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT. This includes (1) Campground Rules and Regulations; (2) Waiver for Use of Manapogo RV Campground; (3) Privacy Clause for Online Registration. I have informed myself of the contents of this agreement by reading it in full and am therefore bound by its terms with my signature below.
