Refund Policy

Campground Cancellation Policy: When you reserve a site, you will be charged at the time of booking. We are then holding the unit for you, while turning down other potential Guests. If you cancel the reservation AND we can re-rent the unit, you will be refunded the difference less a $50.00 administration fee. If we are not able to re-rent the site; you agree to a full forfeiture of all moneys received. 

Hotel Cancellation Policy: When you reserve a unit, you will be charged at the time of booking for that unit. We are then holding the unit for you, while turning down other potential Guests. If you cancel the reservation AND we can re-rent the unit, you will be refunded the difference less a $150.00 administration fee. If we are not able to re-rent the unit; you agree to a full forfeiture of all moneys received.
