Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

• Campsite Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
• Payment in full is due at the time of reservation
• Cancellations made 7 days prior to your arrival date will be refunded to the credit card given at the time the reservation was made less 10%  cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled within 7 days of your arrival date are non refundable. 
• Holiday and Weekend reservations must be cancelled 14 days prior to your arrival date to receive a refund less 10 %. 
• Holiday weekends are Memorial Day, 4th of July, Pioneer Day, Little Valley Days and Labor Day. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of your arrival date are non refundable.
• Reservations cannot be changed or moved within 7 days of your arrival date.  Holiday reservations may not be changed or moved within 14 days of your arrival date. Changes within the cancellation period are treated as cancellations and re booking and cancellation fees will apply. Campsite reservations are non-transferable.
• Camping is an outdoor experience and refunds will not be given due to the discomforts of nature.
• Cancellations are not accepted via text or email.  Please call 801-430-8305

Cabin and Fifth wheel Cancellation Policy:

• Payment in full is due at the time of reservation
• Cancellations made prior to 14 days of your arrival date will be refunded less a 10% cancellation fee and credited to the credit card that was provided at the time of the reservation.  Cancellations made within 14 days of your arrival date are non refundable.
• Cabin stays cannot be changed or rescheduled within 14 days of the arrival date and will be treated as cancellations and re booking and cancellation fees will apply.  Cabin reservations are non-transferable.
• Cancellations are not accepted via text or email.  Please call 801-430-8305
• Refunds and credits are not given due to the discomforts of nature.
