Rules and Regulations

All guests and visitors must register in the camp store or online. We reserve the right to
refuse service to anyone.
Quiet Time: 10:00 pm – 8:00 am. Please be considerate of others. No Loud Music at
any time.
Maximum Speed Limit is 5 mph. Watch closely for children playing in the park.
Site Changes: you have been assigned a specific site, if you wish to move please check
with the office/store or management. Due to reservations and maintenance moving
may not be possible. Do not move without permission.
Children: We want children to be safe and have a good time, but always under the
watchful eyes of a parent/guardian. We are not responsible for their safety or welfare.
You are liable for their behavior. Children are not allowed to climb trees throughout the
park.
Visitors: All campers must notify the office/store or Park Host of visitors and if they
arrive with a car a parking pass must be issued from the office/store or Park Host for
each vehicle there is a $10 per day fee for a visitor parking pass.
Restrooms and Showers: Do not wash dishes in the restrooms. Please limit showers
to 10 minutes. No smoking or vaping in the restrooms. No pets, food or drink allowed
in the Restrooms. Please do not flush anything but toilet paper. Items left behind may
be discarded.
Laundry Room: Hours of operation are 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. No heavy blankets,
greasy clothes, dog blankets, rugs, or sandy clothing or towels from the beach. Please
do not leave your laundry unattended. We are not responsible for accidents or theft.
Pets: There is a $10 pet fee per reservation.Please maintain control of your pets. Owners of barking dogs may be asked to leave the park with no refund. Maximum of 2 pets allowed per site. Pets must be on a
leash and owners must clean up after their pets. Do not leave pets unattended outside
when you are absent. Absolutely no pets other than service animals are allowed in the
store, laundry, or restrooms. The same rules applies for cats and dogs. No Aggressive
Breed Dogs are Allowed. If you do not clean up after your pet you may be fined up to
$25 per occurrence, if you continue to not clean up after your pet you will be asked to
leave and you will not get a refund. If you are staying in a cabin that allows pets, the
pets are not allowed on the furniture. There will be a pet deposit any damage caused to
the Cabin by your pet will be deducted from your deposit.
Trash: The Dumpsters are located in the parking lot at the entrance to the park, they are
for personal trash only. All garbage must be bagged and tied boxes must be broken
down. Do Not leave trash outside your RV or Cabin overnight. Cleanliness of the park
is very important to us.
Appearance: Sites are to be kept clean and orderly, as determined by management.
Washing vehicles, campers and repair work in the park is prohibited. RV’s and vehicles
must be clean and properly maintained. No tarps, no visible damage and no clutter.
Please try to protect the gras and do now park on the grass.
Internet: Wireless internet is a free service for our guests. It is limited and service is not
guaranteed. We are not responsible for the operation or reliability of this service.
Fireworks, Open Firearms, Generators, and Outside Refrigerators are not allowed in the
Park.
Fires: Open fires are not allowed in the park. Fires are only allowed in designated fire
pits. Firewood is for sale at the store. Do not burn trash. Extinguish fires when
unattended. At any time during the hot dry summer season when fire danger is high,
we reserve the right to restrict fires. This is for your safety and the safety of other
guests.
Parking: 1 vehicle is allowed per camp spot if your space is large enough. Please park
so that you are not blocking the road, common areas, restrooms or any other guests’
sites. Do not park on the grass. Additional parking is available at the entrance to the
park in the empty lot. Please arrange for a parking pass at the office/store or with the
There is extra parking for UTV’s, watercraft, toy haulers in the empty lot for
an additional fee. You may receive a parking pass for these from the office/store or
Park Host.
Electrical, Water, Sewer Hookups: Please notify the office/store or management if there
is any problem with your systems when setting up your camp site. It is your
responsibility for understanding how many amps you are using in your RV. Amp usage
over the designated 30 or 50 amp sites can trip the breaker. Please notify the
office/store or management if there are any issues with the electrical system at your
site. Please DO NOT try to diagnose electrical problems with the pedestal yourself, it is
against our insurance and safety requirements.
Drones: Drones are not permitted in the park. Please do not fly drones over people or
RV’s within the park.
Safety and Emergencies: Emergency contact information forms are required from all
monthly guests. This information remains private and used only when a situation arises
when we need to contact someone in the event of an emergency or is sought by law
enforcement agencies. We never give personal information out to others.
Conduct: Disorderly conduct, drunkenness, illegal drugs, obscene language, obnoxious,
disruptive, or vulgar behavior will not be tolerated. They will be reason for immediate
eviction from the park without refund.
Drugs: Illegal drugs of any form are prohibited on the property. Person(s) caught in
violation of this rule will be subject to immediate eviction without a refund. Person(s)
knowing of any illegal activity are encouraged to notify the management immediately.
Any information reported will be strictly confidential.
Liability: All park facilities in the park are intended for the convenience of the guests. All
persons using the facilities do so at their own risk and consent. The park management
is not responsible for accidents due to fire, theft, wind, flood, personal negligence, acts
of God or other unfortunate circumstances. The registered guest is financially
responsible for all individuals or pets at their site for all damage to the park.
Camp Store: the Camp store will be open during random hours through out the week.
Reservoir: Please remember to take care and caution with children and pets around the
water. We will be offering amenities during the summer months for use on the
reservoir, details to follow on availability and pricing.
Mantua Waterfront RV (Little Valley Country Store and Campground) is a privately
owned and managed park. Management reserves the right to evict or refuse service to
any person or persons who break or disregard any rules without refund. Management
reserves the right to make changes to the rules, regulations and fees at any time.
