At Marfa Yacht Club, we understand that plans can change, but due to the nature of our reservations, we maintain a firm refund policy to ensure fairness to all guests.

🚫 No Refunds for the Following:

• Early departures—once you're checked in, your site is yours for the duration of your booking.
• Weather conditions or acts of nature—Mother Nature has her own plans, and we roll with them!
• Evictions due to rule violations—our policies are in place to keep the experience enjoyable for everyone.
• Situations beyond our control—this includes unexpected disruptions, local events, and force majeure situations.

💳 How Refunds Are Issued:

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express).
• If you paid with a card, the refund must go back to that card—no exceptions.

⏳ Processing Time:

• Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to appear in your account.
• Processing times vary by bank—some are faster, some take their sweet time.
