🌵 Marfa Yacht Club Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Marfa Yacht Club! By making a reservation and entering our property, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. These guidelines are designed to ensure an enjoyable and safe experience for all guests.

🏕 Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-In: After 3:00 PM (early check-ins subject to hourly fees)
• Check-Out: By 10:00 AM (late check-outs subject to hourly fees)

🐾 Park Rules & Adherence

• By booking, you confirm that all reservation details—including name, address, and party size—are accurate and valid.
• You, along with your guests (including children and pets), agree to follow all Marfa Yacht Club rules and policies.

🐕‍🦺 Pet Policies

• Pets must be leashed at all times unless in a securely fenced area or the designated dog run.
• Owners must clean up after their pets and dispose of waste properly.

🔇 Quiet Hours

• Quiet hours are observed 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of fellow guests.

🔥 Campfires

• No ground fires allowed per state and local burn bans.
• Fires must be contained in an above-ground fire pit (not provided by Marfa Yacht Club).
• Flames must not exceed 2 feet and must be fully extinguished when unattended.

📦 Mail & Package Deliveries

• USPS does not deliver to Marfa Yacht Club. Mail sent here will be returned.
• UPS & FedEx may deliver, but reliability varies. We recommend using a PO Box in Marfa for important deliveries.
• Guests may receive UPS/FedEx packages at:
  Your Name, c/o Marfa Yacht Club, 990 Antelope Hills Road, Marfa, TX 79843
  Marfa Yacht Club is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages and will not sign for them.

🚗 Vehicles & Parking

• Each site allows up to two (2) vehicles, which must be parked within designated areas.
• No parking in unauthorized areas, including roads or other guests' sites.
• No unsightly or inoperable vehicles allowed on the premises.
• Motorized vehicles (golf carts, dirt bikes, ATVs, etc.) must be operated responsibly and never under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
• Vehicles violating park rules may be towed at the owner's expense.
• NO trailer or truck washing permitted.

🦺 Safety & Conduct

• Behavior that endangers the safety or well-being of others will result in immediate removal from the property.
• Marfa Yacht Club enforces a zero-tolerance littering policy—all waste must be properly disposed of in designated receptacles.

🧑 Additional Guests & Site Lock Fees

• Reservations are valid only for the number of guests booked. Additional guests require prior approval.
• If you have paid a site lock fee, we reserve the right to relocate your site if necessary, with a refund of the lock fee.

💥 Damage to Property

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves, their pets, or their visitors.
• Any damages will be billed to the guest at replacement or restoration cost.

🚫 Hunting & Firearm Restrictions

• Hunting is strictly prohibited on the premises. Violations may result in eviction & law enforcement involvement.
• Firearms, fireworks, and explosives are prohibited unless explicitly approved by management.

🏰 Management Rights & Rule Enforcement

• Management reserves the right to refuse service, evict guests, or impose fines for rule violations.
• Fines range from $100 - $500, depending on the severity of the violation.

🤕 Hold Harmless & Indemnification

• Marfa Yacht Club is not liable for damage, loss, or injury sustained on the property.
• Guests assume all risks associated with camping and outdoor activities.
• Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Marfa Yacht Club against any claims arising from their stay.

📜 Changes to Terms & Conditions

• Marfa Yacht Club may amend, revise, or supplement these rules at any time. Guests agree to abide by updated terms without requiring explicit notification.
