Cancellation Policy

1. Daily, Weekly and Monthly Stays are subject to our cancellation policy.

1.1. Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund
minus a $10 transaction fee.
1.2. Cancellations made 14-29 days prior to arrival will receive a 75% refund.
1.3. Cancellations made 7-13 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund
1.4. Cancellations made within 6 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of the
entire payment.

2. No refunds will be given for early departure on daily, weekly, or monthly rates.

3. No refunds will be given for early departure due to weather or discomforts of nature.

4. No refunds will be given if evicted for rule violations.
