Park Terms & Conditions for McDermit RV Park:

Welcome to McDermit RV Park! We want you to have a safe and enjoyable stay with us. To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, please read and abide by the following park terms and conditions:

Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 11:00 AM CST, and check-out is at 10 AM the day you are leaving. Please note that early check-in is not permitted, and late check-ins are allowed at any time with prior notice to the park. If you are planning to arrive in the area early, please make arrangements until your site opens up at 11:00 am.

Site Changes: You have been assigned a specific site. If you wish to move, please check with the office. Due to reservations and maintenance, moving may not be possible. Please inquire before moving sites.

Open Fires: For safety reasons, open fires are not allowed in our park. Please use designated fire pits or fire rings for any fires. We have portable fire pits available for guests to rent for the night.  You must place the fire pit over the gravel to prevent damage to the grass.

Parking: Please park only in your designated site and do not park your vehicle, trailer, or boat in an adjacent site. We have extra parking avaliable if needed. 

Site and Park Navigation: Please be respectful of your neighbor and do not walk between sites when navigating the park.

Pet Policies: We welcome pets at our park, but we kindly ask that you follow these guidelines to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests:

  • All pets must be kept on a leash at all times.
  • Please clean up after your pet always. Do not let your pet deposit waste on your site or any of our other guests’ sites.

Cancellation Policy for McDermit RV Park:

We understand that plans can change, and we are happy to provide a refund for cancellations made in a timely manner. However, we kindly ask that you give us sufficient notice to avoid any inconvenience to our operations.

For cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the reservation start date, we are happy to provide a full refund less a $5 processing fee. If you need to cancel within 7 days of your reservation start date, we can offer a refund minus a $20 fee.

We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance if you are unsure about your travel plans.
