Cancellation Policy:

RV Site:

If a reservation is cancelled more than 2 weeks before the arrival date we issue a full refund, minus the non-refundable $25 transaction fee; or Camp Credit in the full amount can be elected. 

For cancellation of a reservation more than 1 week, but less than 2 weeks, before the arrival date we issue Camp Credit for 50% of the payment and the balance is forfeited.

For a reservation cancelled less than 1 week before the arrival date, the full amount of the reservation payment is forfeited.

Cabins/Small Venue: If a reservation is cancelled more than 3 weeks before the arrival date we issue a full refund, minus the non-refundable $25 transaction fee; or Camp Credit in the full amount can be elected. 

For cancellation of a reservation more than 2 weeks, but less than 3 weeks, before the arrival date we issue Camp Credit for 50% of the payment and the balance is forfeited.  

For a reservation cancelled less than 2 weeks before the arrival date, the full amount of the reservation payment is forfeited to McClintock Bay Adventures.

Main Lodge Venue: If a reservation is cancelled 3 months or more before the event date we issue a full refund, minus the non-refundable deposit, determine at the time of booking. Or, Camp Credit in the full amount can be elected. 

For cancellation of a reservation of more than 2 months, but less than 3 months, before the event date, we issue Camp Credit for 50% of the payment for the Event and the balance is forfeited.

For a reservation cancelled less than 30 days before the event date, the full amount of the reservation is forfeited to McClintock Bay Adventures.

Camp Credit can only be redeemed in the same calendar year as the cancelled reservation and can only be applied toward your RV site or cabin/lodge rental.

For reservations paid with a credit card, refunds will be credited to the credit card on file for the reservation.
