McMullen Memorial County Park, Warrens, Wisconsin
By accepting this reservation, Guest hereby waives, releases and discharges and covenants not to sue McMullen Memorial County Park for all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage, any other claim arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Property. Further, Guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless McMullen Memorial County Park from all losses, claims, expenses and demands, including attorneys’ fees, that McMullen Memorial County Park may incur arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Property. Guest further agrees to be responsible and liable for the actions and safety of every person in their group. McMullen Memorial County Park reserves the right to remove any renter, occupant or guest who is subject to a lifetime registration requirement under a State sexual offender registration program.
Online Reservation Payments: Reservation holders must pay all fees for campsite or shelter reservations 3 days prior to arrival to the park. If there are extra nights added to a campsite reservation after arrival, fees must be paid before depature. Contact the park manager if you need assistance making payments: 608-387-0122.
Pet Policy: We are a pet-friendly park, but pets must be on a leash and under control when outside a camping unit. It is the owner's responsibility to clean up after their pet and dispose of all waste. Pets are the responsibility of the owner and may not disturb other guests. Management reserves the right to evict campers and visitors with disruptive and/or aggressive dogs.
Management shall not be held liable or responsible for non-utilization of package components or loss of recreational opportunities due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control.
McMullen Memorial County Park or its management bears no responsibility for any loss or damage to any person or property, or thing howsoever caused.
Management reserves the right to evict any day user, guest, camper, or group of campers for any cause.
Management reserves the right to add additional camping units to any reservable or first come-first served campsite to accomodate more visitors when all campsites and overflow areas are full. Park staff will communicate with campers about adding extra units to sites and will organize parking.
