YOUR STAY: Check-In Time is 2:00 PM | Check-Out Time is 1:00 PM
- All campers in your party must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older or with a parent or legal guardian, or with an approved adult sponsor of your organization for group camping reservations.
- Campers must check-in prior to the nightly front gate closure, thirty (30) minutes before sunset. Campers attempting to check-in after closing will be locked out of the park. No refunds will be issued for attempted late check-ins.
- Reservations are accepted up to a maximum of three-hundred sixty-five (365) days in advance of the current date.
- All camping fees are due at time of booking. Sites will not be held without payment under any circumstances.
- Discounts—$5 nightly discount available for Grapevine Residents, Active and Retired Military, Disabled, and Seniors (62+).
- Maximum ten (10) night stay for all campsites.
- Campers must leave the park for at least fourteen (14) days after the maximum length stay and may not make a new reservation until having been out of the park for fourteen (14) days.
- Campers must stop at the gatehouse and display their camper pass when re-entering the park.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- All guest equipment and litter must be removed from the site by the time of departure. Fees may be assessed if the site is left littered or in disorder.
- No alterations of site amenities during your stay are allowed.
- Campfires are permitted in fire rings only; open-ground fires are strictly prohibited. All campfires and cooking fires must be extinguished at the end of the night following their use. It is strictly prohibited and unlawful to collect wood in the park for campfires; please remember to bring your own firewood.
- Individuals who are loud, boisterous, rowdy, disorderly, or otherwise disturb the peace, including making derogatory or harmful remarks about or towards park staff or park guests, may be requested to leave or be subject to ejection, consistent with state and local laws and ordinances.
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS - No refunds will be given for early departures. Full refund for cancellations made prior to fourteen (14) days of your check-in date. A $10 cancellation fee for cancellations made between three (3) and fourteen (14) days of your check-in date. No refund for cancellations made within two (2) days of your check-in date. No refund for cancellations due to weather; the camper will be able to change their reservation date at no additional cost.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY - A maximum of ten (10) individuals per campsite are permitted to stay overnight. Not more than ten (10) persons, including guests, are permitted at a campsite at any given time. All non-registered overnight patrons must exit the park by closing time.
TENTS OR POP-UP TENT TRAILERS- Each campsite is permitted either two (2) tents alongside one (1) canopy, no larger than 12x12 in size or one (1) pop-up tent trailer and one (1) tent alongside one (1) canopy, no larger than 12x12 in size. Tents or canopies set up on grass must be relocated every seventy-two (72) hours to preserve the grass's health. Pop-up tent trailers must remain parked in the designated spot assigned to the campsite and are only permitted on designated sites. A pop-up tent trailer is a collapsible tent towed behind a vehicle or on the vehicle itself.
VEHICLES & PARKING - Adhere to the posted speed limit at all times. Your reservation includes parking for two (2) vehicles at no extra cost. Additional vehicle passes can be purchased for up to two (2) more vehicles at $10 per vehicle. Each campsite is limited to a maximum of four (4) vehicles, with pop-up tent trailers counted as part of the vehicle count. Parking or driving on the grass inside the campground perimeter railing is strictly prohibited. Please park adjacent to your campsite within or against rocks.
SANITATION - Trash and Recycling dumpsters are provided throughout the park for solid waste disposal. If a dumpster is full, please use one of the other dumpsters provided. Please be conscientious with your waste—separate and dispose of trash and recycling appropriately.
FIRES - Campfires are permitted in fire rings only; open-ground fires are strictly prohibited. All campfires and cooking fires must be extinguished at the end of the night following their use. It is strictly prohibited and unlawful to collect wood in the park for campfires; please remember to bring your own firewood.
PETS - Maximum two (2) pets are permitted per campsite. Pets must always be kept on a leash and picked up after. Pet pens are allowed with a maximum size of 10’ x 10’. Pets may not be left unattended at your campsite. Pets are not allowed in the playground area or on swim beaches.
ALCOHOL - Alcohol consumption is permitted at your campsite only. Glass containers are strictly prohibited anywhere in the park, including guest’s campsite. Alcohol consumption is prohibited at the boat ramp, playground, and on all roadways in the park. Any alcohol-related issue is grounds for immediate removal from the park.
DAMAGES - The camper is responsible for any intentional or accidental damages caused by the camper or their party. Repair or replacement of damaged property will be billed to the camper accordingly. Report damages or maintenance issues to the Gatehouse immediately so we have time to make repairs for you or the next guests arriving.
CHILDREN’S SAFETY - Observe posted speed limits and watch out for children at play. Children must be supervised on all docks, swim beaches, restrooms and the playground. Children under twelve (12) are not to be left unattended in any tent, building, or campsite at any time and must be accompanied by an adult age eighteen (18) or older.
DAY USE AREA - Day Use area of the park closes at sunset for both Day Use guests and overnight campers. Tents are not permitted in the Day Use area. No parking or driving on the grass.
PERSONAL ITEMS - Meadowmere Park is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Report any missing items to the Gatehouse. Found items are held at the Gatehouse for thirty (30) days.
PROHIBITED ITEMS - The following items are prohibited from the park: portable or inflatable pools, fireworks, flares, firearms, bows & arrows, paintball guns, golf carts, ATVs, and dirt bikes.
RESIDENT PARK STAFF AREA - Overnight campers and Day Use guests are strictly prohibited from entering the resident park staff area east of the Gatehouse or being within fifty (50) feet of a park staff RV site under any circumstances. Failure to do so will result in immediate removal from the park without a refund.
