Office GUEST HOURS:
   ● Monday: Closed   ● Tuesday - Friday: 2pm - 6pm   ● Saturday&Sunday: 11am-3pm
   Come to the office to Check-in, exchange bills for quarters for laundry, purchase store items, and pickup mail/packages.

QUIET HOURS: every day from 10pm - 7am.
Shared WI-FI available to guests. The password can be found on your Welcome map.
   ● The SID is Meadows of San Juan. The strength and reliability is intermittent depending on the number and type of users on simultaneously and sometimes the weather.
   ● If a stronger signal is necessary for your internet experience, please contact us for information on options and equipment compatible with our system.

Pets/Animals:
● Guests are responsible for keeping all pets under control and cleaning up pet waste around the park.
● Pets are required to be on a leash at all times.
● Bark Parks areas located behind the shop on the East side and on the upper West side of the park for off-leash pet excercize.
    Guests are responsible for up pet waste in the Bark Parks. Come to the office for poop bags.

● Drive only on designated roadways and never through an empty site.
● No parking or driving of vehicles on grassy areas.
● No operating off-road, all terrain, or unlicensed vehicles in the park.
● No setting off fireworks allowed. (fire danger)
● Guests are liable for damages caused to the property. Payment card kept on file until the site is inspected.
● No smoking or animals allowed in park buildings.
● Parents are responsible for the supervision, conduct, and behavior of their children at all times.
● No soliciting, selling, or any commercial/ business activity on the premises.

Laundry and Bathhouses
   ● The entrance code 1005.
   ● Please be courteous to other guests. Rinse down showers after use.
   ● No pets in the laundry room or bathhouse.
   ● Laundry room hours are 24/7, be courteous to cleaning needs .
   ● Washers and Dryers are coin or card pay. Come to the office to exchange bills for quarters for laundry

Country Barn Center / Pool
● The pool and country barn are open June - October - see posted hours.
     Kids under 14 must be supervised by an adult.
● The country barn is open by appointment during the winter. Please contact the office.

EXTENDED STAY Park/Sites
● RV’s must be properly connected to the sewer.
● For Winter Stays, RV connectons to the water must be propertly heated and the trailer must be skirted according to park requirements.
● Sites should remain free from debris and not used as storage outside the Trailer.
● No items can be dumped into sewer lines such as wet wipes, diapers, feminine products, or other non-biodegradable items.
● Water connections must be secured with heat tape and insulated connections.
● LP Gas cook stoves are permitted outside on picnic tables.
● Open wood fires are only allowed in the designated park community fire pits/rings.
   The last person ensures all unburnt logs and ashes are stirred and drowned before leaving.
● No outside clothes lines in the park.
● No vehicle repairs or maintenance are allowed in the park.
    Emergency repairs may be approved by management.     See management prior to starting.
● Trash dumpsters are emptied on Thursdays. Please  break down all boxes.   CLOSE THE LID    Fines for large/non-accepted items.

Propane
● Propane tank filling is available by appointment. Please call the office at 970-249-6382, you can leave a voicemail if call is not picked up.
● Please take the propane tank over to the fill station by site number 1, please be sure your tank has your name and site number. Refills are done between 4pm and 5pm, if your need is urgent please let us know.

PRIMARY RULE: Do not disturb your neighbor!

Violations - for any situation that disturbs the park, staff or guests, will result in fines and/or requirement to vacate the premises
● Disruptive behavior, abusive language, violence, drunkenness.
● Damage to property or instigating trouble in the park.
● Irresponsible smoking and the use of marijuana or illegal drugs
● Staying with non-payment is trespassing.
● Guests committing a crime must immediately vacate the property.
● All local, state, and federal laws are applicable to all persons on the premises.
