BOOKING AND PAYMENT

A. Reservations are required and must be made through the Mid-Coast RV Park’s booking system or with a team member

B. Full payment is due at the time of booking

C. Cancellation Policy: short-term stays (under a month) cancellations are only available up to midnight 48 hours before your check-in day. Any refunds will minus any processing fees and will take up to 3 to 5 business days to go back on your credit card. Long-term stays (one month+) require a minimum 30 days notice. Any pre-paid days will not be refunded.

D. Primary Guests must review and sign Mid-Coast’s Occupancy Agreement and are responsible for any guests on their approved site

E. Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is no later than 11:00 am

FACILITIES

A. We offer full hookups including sewage, electricity and wifi

B. Potable water will be available

C. Washroom facilities

D. Coin-operated shower

E. Coin-operated washer and dryers

F. Up to 2 pets are allowed per site; dogs must remain on a leash at all times

G. No campfires or fires of any kind. Propane fire pits may be used.

GENERAL INFORMATION

All RVs/Units must be insured with $2,000,000 in liability Insurance, and all vehicles used in the Park must have current vehicle license plates and registration insurance
Speed Limit 10 km/hr
Quiet time is 10pm-8am
Park in designated areas only
Do not feed wildlife, and stay bear and wildlife-aware at all times
No verbal or physical abuse will be tolerated, resulting in immediate removal from the Park without a refund
Dispose of all wastewater and sewage at designated site facilities
No firearms, weapons or fireworks are permitted
Smoking is permitted, but be mindful of your neighbours and dispose of cigarette butts in a container, not on the ground
No illegal drugs or substances
No loud appliances or generators
According to current government regulations, all propane tanks, gas, and fuels are to be stored safely and odour-free
Clean up after your pets and control their noise
Supervise children at all times
Unless otherwise approved by Mid-Coast RV Park, the maximum occupancy for sites is six people (including children)

Guests must ensure that the Site is left clean and orderly upon check-out. All personal belongings must be removed, and waste properly disposed of in designated garbage bins. Failure to comply with the above terms and conditions may result in the cancellation of your site permit with no refund.

AT YOUR OWN RISK – All Guests are solely responsible for their personal belongings,
and equipment, and will indemnify and hold harmless any third party from any liability or loss arising from claims related to their use of Mid-Coast RV Park.
