Refund Policy

Short-Term Stays - cancellations are only available up to midnight 48 hours before your check-in day for stays under 7 days and 72 hours before your check-in day for stays over 7 days, but under a month. Any refunds will minus any processing fees and will take up to 3 to 5 business days to go back on your credit card. 

Long-Term Stays - we require 30 days notice upon termination of your long-term occupation agreement. Refunds will not be given for site fees or electricity/hydro paid in advance.
