Middle Creek Campground

Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.

Arm Bands must be worn at ALL TIMES 

Car passes must be displayed on your windshield at all times

Pets must be leashed at all times. Please pick up pet waste.  Bags are available at the store. PETS Are NOT Allowed on the playground, in the pool area, under pavilion on the beach, or in the BATH HOUSES. If your dog is an excessive barker, please make accommodations so your dog does not bother other guests.   Do not leave pets unattended. No more than 2 pets/site.  No vicious or aggressive dogs. If a dog shows any sign of aggression it must be removed immediately from the campground. All pets must have veternarian paper copy of current rabies vaccine.

5 mph speed limit for all vehicles, including golf carts.

No motor bikes, 4 wheelers or other motorized recreational bike, ATV etc are allowed within the park. Unless specially noted for an event.

No profanity

Campfires in provided fire rings only. And please DO NOT move them.  

Campfires are not to be left unattended. Fire must be extinguished before retiring for the night or on departing the campsite.

Do not cut down any trees or remove branches. You are welcome to pick up fallen wood.

Water activities in pond, stream and pool are AT YOUR OWN RISK. Children 12 years and under must be accompanied by an adult. Please note rules posted at pool.

Children who are not toilet trained must wear swim diapers in the pool or pond.

Maximum of one(1) motorized vehicles per site is permitted. All other motorized vehicles must be parked in designated parking areas at the site or other established locations. Window parking tags must be displayed at all times.

Campers, equipment and vehicles must be contained on assigned camping space, please do not “overflow” onto adjoining sites. Respect others sites by not walking through them.

Only registered campers and their guests may use the camping facilities.

All guests must register at office and pay the day visitor rate

You are responsible for seeing your guests are registered.  If they arrive at your site without a tag, they have not checked in and your card on file will be charged according to the number of guests as well as a 20% processing fee.

Before leaving, please pick up all litter from your campsite and be sure you haven’t left any personal property.

The campground will not be responsible for personal items left in the bathhouse, pool, beach or at camp site

Please accompany and supervise young children using the bathhouse facilities.

The consumption of alcohol shall be done in a responsible manner. Drunkenness, use of illegal drugs, & disorderly conduct will not be tolerated.  Per state law alcohol may be consumed at your campsite.  Alcohol must be in a cup or covered container.

Fireworks are not permitted in the campground.

Handguns are not permitted in the campground.

No smoking under the pavilion, at the pool, on the beach, at the playground, or in bath houses.

Camper assumes all responsibility for COVID 19, tick bites, and any other acts of nature.

For single tent sites a maximum of 3 adults are allowed for an extra fee before a second site is needed.

Tents are permitted on an RV site only for minor children.  Extra fees apply.

Personal golf carts are allowed with proof of insurance and agreement to comply with campground golf cart policies. Golf carts are to remain on surfaced roads only! Stay off the grass please.

Only licensed drivers are allowed to operate golf carts or vehicles.

In the event of a natural disaster, please come to the store/rec room to enable us to account for campers and guests. 

Check in is between 2 pm and 7 pm for camp sites and cabins.  Check out is noon.  Out of consideration for other guests, please plan to arrive before 9pm or call the office for details.

Cancellation requires 14 days notice prior to arrival, if notice is less than 14 days payment is forfeited, no exceptions. Payment may be transferred to another date this season.  

No refunds on Holiday Weekend reservations.

A cancellation made more than 14 days prior to check-in will incur a $20.00 fee plus a 10% credit card fee.. Lock site and service fees are non-refundable.

Cabins require a minimum 2 night consecutive stay.

3 night minimum for campsites and cabins on Holiday Weekends.

Refunds will not be given due to weather, early check out, late check in, interruptions of internet service, deli closure, or activity or pool shutdowns

Your stay is concluded when you remove your gear and equipment from the site and depart the premise.  There are not provisions for returning in the following days to swim because of an early departure.  Please, speak with someone in the office if you have extenuating circumstances.

 

RELEASE OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, WAIVER OF CLAIMS & INDEMINIFICATION  AGREEMENT

In consideration of being allowed to use the facilities and participate in the Aqua Park, swimming beach, pool, and other activities (collectively the “Activities”) provided by Middle Creek Campground Inc. (the “Host”), the Participant, and the Participant’s parent(s) or legal guardian(s) if the Participant is a minor, do hereby agree, to the fullest extent permitted by law, as follows:

1)       TO WAIVE ALL CLAIMS that Participant (or his/her next of kin) has or may have against the Host arising out of the Participant’s participation in the Activities or the use of any equipment provided by the Host (“Equipment”).

2)       TO ASSUME ALL RISKS of participating in the Activities and using the Equipment, even those caused by negligent acts or conduct of the Host, its owners, affiliates, operators, employees, agents and/or officers.  The Participant and his/her parent(s) or legal guardian(s) understand that there are inherent risks of participating in the Activities and using the Equipment, which may be both foreseen and unforeseen and include serious physical injury and death;

3)       TO RELEASE the Host, and its respective owners, officials, affiliates, operators, employees, agents, and officers from all liability for any loss, damage, injury, death, or expense that the Participant (or his/her next of kin) may suffer, arising out of his/her participation in the Activities and/or use of the Equipment, . The Participant and his/her parent(s) or legal guardian(s) specifically understand that they are releasing any and all claims that arise or may arise from any negligent acts of conduct of the Host, its owners, affiliates, operators, employees, agents, and/or officers, to the fullest extent permitted by law.  However, nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as a release for conduct that is found to constitute gross negligence or intentional conduct; and

4)       TO INDEMINIFY the Host, and its owners, officials, affiliates, operators, employees, agents, and/or officers, from all liability for any loss, damage, injury, death, or expense that the Participant (or his/her next of kin) may suffer, arising out of participation in the Activities and/or use of the Equipment.

PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

                The Participant and his/her parent(s) or legal guardian(s) certify that Participant has no physical or mental condition that precludes him/her from participating in the Activities and that he/she is not participating against medical advice.

The Participant and his/her parent(s) or legal guardian(s) understand that Participant’s participation in the Activities is voluntary and further understand that they have the opportunity to inspect the Host’s Equipment and facilities before any participation by Participant.

The Participant acknowledges that the Aqua Park is unguided. Should Participant prove unwilling tor unable to follow the safety rules (listed below and on display at the Aqua Part, Participant acknowledge that Middle Creek Campground Inc. has the right to and may immediately end participants use of the Aqua Park and have participant leave the premises.

The participant acknowledges that they are required to wear a Coast Guard approved lifejacket whilst participating on the Aqua Park.  Participants acknowledge staff is available to answer any questions that may arise with regards to proper use of the equipment.

The participant and his/her parent(s) or legal guardian(s) understand that Participant is obligated to follow the rules of the Activities and that he/she can minimize his/her risk of injury by doing so and through the exercise of common sense and by being aware of his/her surroundings.

The Participant UNDERSTAND THAT A PART OF THEIR PARTICIPATION IN THIS EVENT THEIR PHOTOGRAPH M BE USED IN PROMOTIONAL ADVERTISING OR MEDIA COVERAGE.  This constitutes my approval to use any imagery for such purposes.

If, while participating in the Acivities, the Participant or his/her parent(s) or legal guardian(s) observe any unusual hazard or condition, which they believe jeopardizes Participant’s personal safety or that of others, Participant and /or his/her parent(s) or legal guardian(s) will remove Participant from participation in the Activities and immediately bring said hazard or condition to the attention of the Host.

To the extent that any portion of this Agreement is deemed to be invalid under the law of the applicable jurisdiction, the remaining portions of the Agreement shall remain binding and available for use by the Host, and their respective counsel in any proceeding.

I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT, AND I AM AWARE THAT BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT I MAY BE WAIVING CERTAINLEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE.

AQUA PARK/POND/POOL RULES

·         DO NOT swim UNDER the Aqua Park Features

·         NO HEAD FIRST Diving

·         NO FLIPS (Front flip, back flip or similar.)

·         FEET FIRST only on all slides

·         LOOK before you jump

·         NO Rough Play

·         No Jumping from the top of large Slide

·         Must be 6 years old or older to use Aqua Park

·         Children 12 & under must be accompanied by guardian at all times

·         MUST wear a USCG Personal Flotation Device (TYPE II PFD) and keep it buckled UP at all times

·         SHOES ARE NOT PERMITTED on the Aqua Park

·         NO Sharp Objects (such as Selfie sticks, jewelry, watcher\s, hair pins, knives, etc)

·         NEVER Place wrists or feet through handles.

·         DO NOT swim, stand or climb below other climbers

·         NO swearing

·         ALWAYS follow instructions and directions of staff

·         Be RESPECTFUL of all users and give priority to younger and smaller children

·         Anyone who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol may not participate.

·         Pregnant women are prohibited from going on the Aqua Park course

          Do not loosen/undo/unclip/unfasten lines securing floats

·         Middle Creek Campground reserves the right to close the Park without refund at any time due to inclement weather deemed unsafe for guests

·         Middle Creek Campground may not be held responsible for lost or damaged personal items

·         Swimming is only allowed in the designated areas. (No Lifeguard on duty/swim at your own risk)

·         Give others a helping hand

Failure to abide by any of the above rules will cause you to be removed from the Aqua Park, there will be no refund if such action is required.
