Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are subject to a minimum $10 cancellation fee.  In addition, cancellations made 3 – 14 days before scheduled check-in day, are subject to a penalty equal to one (1) nights reservation fee. Cancellations made two days or less before the day of scheduled check-in, are subject to a penalty equal to 100% of the reservation total.
