Midway Estates is a 55+ Mobile Home Community with RV lots available for short or long- term rental depending on the time of year.

*We do not allow Truck Campers, Vans, Tents, Pop-Ups, Semis, Utility Trailers, Motorcycle Trailers, or Boats.

*Your Motorhome, Fifth-Wheel, and Travel Trailer must be self contained. Bathrooms are available, but not showers.

Minimum 3-month Reservation in Winter Season. Once each lot has a 3-month reservation, management may allow shorter stays.

Payments must be made by personal check, money order, cashier's check, or credit card. We do not accept cash. All checks should be made payable to Midway Estates.

Deposit: A deposit of one month's rent is required to hold your reservation, and this amount will be applied to your last month’s rent. Any reservation for a month or less requires payment in full. Deposits may be refunded with a 90-day notice of cancellation. Please call the office 90 days before your scheduled arrival if you need to change the arrival or departure dates. You must pay for the dates you reserve-no refunds for early departures.

Application Fee: A background check is required for anyone staying in the park for 6 months or more. This is required to qualify as a tenant in the community. The cost is $50/person or $90/person for non-US citizens and is due at the time of the reservation. If you stay consecutively each year, you will not have to do one again.

Monthly Rates include electricity, water, sewer, trash pickup, recycling, and use of all amenities: Heated pool, hot tub, cornhole, pickleball courts, bocce courts, 9-hole mini golf course, dog park, billiard room, Wi-Fi room, and laundry facility.

All Units must be Tied Down June 1st -November 30th for Hurricane Season

All Guests Must Be Registered with Management

No Subletting of Lot or RV Unit is Allowed

Lot Rent is Due on the 1st of each Month

Office Hours: Monday-Friday 8 AM-4 PM. Closed between 12 PM-1 PM for lunch.
