Terms & Conditions

GENERAL:

1.      Check-in time is 12:00 pm

2.      Check-out time is 11:00 am

a.       Late check-out may be arranged if scheduling permits.

3.      Storm shelters are located on both ends of the Park.

4.      Tenants and guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children and/or pets.

5.      Tenant assumes any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold Landlord harmless from and indemnify Landlord against same.

6.      The Mills House RV Park LLC is not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss or theft of any personal property or vehicle

7.      We reserve the right to evict any person(s)  who does not comply with the rules and policies.

8.      All Guests and must check in upon arriving in the park.

9.      The Mills House RV Park LLC does not allow the delivery of mail or packages to any guests. Guests must make arrangements to have their mail or packages delivered to a third-party location for pick-up.

10.  All Motorhomes, RV’s or Travel Trailers must be in good working order and appearance.

11.  Rugs larger than 3’ x 2’ are not allowed. They kill the grass.

12.  We reserve the right to refuse access to any guests whose vehicle is deemed to be unacceptable.

13.  Total number of guests in any space shall not exceed 5.

14.  Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight.  All visitors must leave by 10:00 pm.

15.  Washing RV’s or other vehicles must be pre-approved by management.

16.  All sites are to be kept neat and clean for the duration of your stay.

17.  More than 2 vehicles per site will be charged $1 per day per extra vehicles. Trailers included.

18.  Trash must be bagged and placed in the dumpster at the north end of the Park.

19.  DO NOT leave trash outside overnight.

20.  Use of firearms of any kind is PROHIBITED.

21.  FIREWORKS of any kind are PROHIBITED.

22.  Speed Limit in the park is 5 MPH.

23.  No vehicles can block any portion of the roadway.

24.  Report any problems with your site to the manager immediately.

25.  Quiet Hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.

PET POLICY

1.      We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose pet is NOT considered suitable to the serenity/safety of our guests or the Park.

2.      Pets must be kept on a leash under the control of someone who can always manage the animals.

3.      There is a 2-pet limit in the park. \

4.      Pets must not be left outside unattended.

5.      Pets must be taken outside the park oval or in the dog park to be exercised.

6.      Pets must be cleaned up after every time.

7.      The RV Park is not responsible for and will hold accountable pet owners for any injury or damage caused by pets.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN TO GUESTS EVICTED FROM THE PARK FOR VIOLATING PARK RULES.
