Terms & Conditions

Reservations:

Once you make a reservation, we will charge your card for the first night's stay to reserve the requested dates. If you cancel your reservation within 7 days of the reservation date, you will lose the full deposit. Your reservation fee will be applied to your rental fee.

Damages:

If you lose or damage any items inside or damage the outside of the cabin, camper, campsite, or property during your stay, we will charge a $250.00 fee to the payment method we have on file. Please be respectful.

Hours of Operation:

Our office is open from 8 am-4 pm Sunday-Wednesday and 8 am-8 pm Thursday-Saturday. Please plan your arrival accordingly.

Smoking Policy:

We have a strict NO smoking policy in our rental units. If we detect any smoke odor in the rental unit, we will charge a $250.00 fee.

Pet Policy:

Dogs are allowed but must be on a leash at all times. Please do not leave pets unattended in our rental units. You must clean up after your animal.

Campsite Cleanup:

You are responsible for cleaning up your campsite before departing. Trash can be disposed of at our garbage dump station located at the entrance of the campground.

Cabins/ Camper Rental Cleaning Fee:

All Cabin/ Camper Rentals will incur a mandatory cleaning fee of $35.00.

Liability:

Mine Made Adventure Park and Campground does not assume liability for loss, damage, or injury to persons or their personal property, and neither do we accept liability for any inconvenience arising from temporary defects or stoppage in the supply of water, gas, electricity, or plumbing. The owner will not accept liability for any loss or damage caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond our control.
