Enforced strictly. No refunds for violations.
Pets

Pets must be leashed and never left unattended.

No pets on the main beach.

Excessive barking, aggression, or complaints may result in removal.

Owners must clean up after pets or risk eviction.
Vehicles & Traffic

Speed limit: 5 km/h across all areas

No motorbikes, quads, ATVs, or Sea-Doos allowed

No golf carts after dark; no children on rear seats

Max 2 vehicles per site; extras must park in designated areas

No vehicles or boats on the beach
Campfires & Firewood

Fires allowed in designated pits only and must be extinguished

No large fires; observe fire bans

Outside firewood prohibited – purchase at store only
Waste & Cleanliness

All trash in bins; bottles and cans in recycling

Campsites must be cleaned before departure

Do not cut or damage trees/shrubs
Alcohol & Substance Use

Alcohol permitted at campsites only

Not allowed on beach, in common areas, or for day-use visitors

Swimming & Safety

Swim at your own risk – no lifeguards on duty

Mink Lake is not liable for injury, loss, or theft

Enforcement & Liability

Rule violations may lead to eviction without refund

Police may be called if intoxicated guests cannot leave safely

By staying, guests agree to hold Mink Lake Resort harmless for any personal or property damage
Hold Harmless Agreement
By entering the property, guests agree to waive all claims and release Mink Lake Resort and its representatives from any liability related to injury, loss, or damage — whether caused by themselves, their guests, or others.
This agreement applies to all stays and is governed by the laws of Alberta.
