RV SPACE RESERVATIONS
Registration and full payment is required in advance for reservations.
We accept cash, personal checks and debit/credit cards. The full reservation amount will be charged at time of reservation.

All RV space rental must be completed on our website.  All spaces are full hookups including water, sewer and electric.  Both 30amp and 50 amp sites are available at different rates.

REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations may be made up to 7 business days before the reservation date. There will be no refunds for
cancellations made less than 7 days of scheduled check in date. Cancellations can be made online or by contacting 620-235-9070

There will be no refunds for early departure OR for guests who fail to follow park rules.

VISITORS
Visitors are allowed as long as they comply with these rules and regulations. It is your responsibility to inform them of such. Any visitor who does not follow these rules and regulations will be asked to vacate the premises.

AT YOUR CAMPSITE
Everyone is expected to keep their site clean and orderly. We do not allow clotheslines or hanging of hammocks. Due to noise, generators for RVs are only to be used during emergencies. Oil changes and other such types of vehicle maintenance or repair are not allowed but other minor fixes may be. Do not wash autos or RV’s with a hose.  Fireworks are not permitted on the campsite. Your area must be cleaned before leaving. Cutting down any live or dead trees or shrubs is not permitted. If there are any problems or damages at your site, please inform us immediately.

BE CONSIDERATE
No loud music. Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 7:00am. Outside RV lights are not to be left on after 11:00pm.  Children must be attended at all times and do not let them wander around other people’s sites without their permission.

PETS
Pets must be on a leash anytime they are outside. Everyone is expected to clean up after their pet and dispose of waste properly. Do not chain your pet outside or leave it unattended inside, especially if it tends to bark excessively or is disruptive to your neighbors. If you must leave your pet inside your RV, please notify management and leave a phone number where you can be contacted in case of a power outage or other emergency.

TREES & WILDLIFE
You may see wildlife in the park.  Do not harm any wildlife in this park. If an animal is bothering you, please notify management at 620-235-9070.  Hanging hammocks or clotheslines, or otherwise damaging the trees, is not allowed.

DRIVING & PARKING
Observe a safe speed and watch for children, pets and wildlife. Drive on the roads only. Do not use pull-thru spaces for short cuts. Park in your own area or assigned spot. Do not park in open or neighboring spaces without prior management approval. Parking spaces along North 5th street should be used for extra vehicles and guests.  Do not park or drive through the grass or where the grass is supposed to be.

***BATHROOM FACILITIES – not currently available***
All customers are welcome to use these facilities as long as you clean up after yourself and respect the rules. Trash from bathroom use may be put in the bathroom trash, but please do not use these for your regular RV or tent trash. Do not wash dishes or utensils in the bathrooms. Children are not allowed to use these facilities without adult supervision. Any damages will be the responsibility of the parent or supervising adult. Smoking is not allowed in the bathrooms or buildings. Do not leave personal items in the facility. If there are any problems, please let us know immediately.

PROHIBITED ITEMS
Absolutely no use of firearms, weapons, explosives, drugs or fireworks is allowed in the park.
Selling, advertising or distribution of any product including alcohol is prohibited.
Any fencing, barriers and pallets are not permitted.
Non-contained fires for cooking or heating are not permitted.

FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE RULES
We reserve the right to refuse to accept further reservations from any person who fails to comply with these rules and regulations and may request that their space be vacated immediately. There will be no refunds.

LIABILITIES
Mission RV Park is not responsible for loss or damage to lessee’s property due to theft, vandalism, fire, any other casualty or act of God. RV Park lessee assumes all risk of such loss or damage and must carry his or her own insurance. In addition, damages of any kind caused by guest or visitor of the park shall be billed to the lessee.

INDEMNIFICATION
RV Park lessees and guest shall indemnify and hold harmless the Mission RV Park, its officers, and employees from all claims, liability and expenses, including but not limited to attorney and other professional fees, for injury to person(s), loss of life or damage to property arising out of the lessee’s exercise of his or her rights hereunder, except as may be caused by gross negligence or intentional acts of the Mission RV Park or its officers and/or employees.
