Misthaven Camping Resort is a private, adults only (18+), LGBTQIA, members only establishment. An annual membership is required in order to access our property. You may purchase online at the time of making your reservation, or when you arrive.

By accepting this reservation, Guest hereby waives, releases and discharges and covenants not to sue Misthaven Camping Resort for all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage, any other claim arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Further, Guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Misthaven Camping Resort from all losses, claims, expenses and demands, including attorneys’ fees, that Misthaven Camping Resort may incur arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Guest further agrees to be responsible and liable for the actions and safety of every person in their group. Misthaven Camping Resort reserves the right to remove any renter, occupant or guest who is subject to a lifetime registration requirement under a State sexual offender registration program.

Pet Policy: We are a pet-friendly resort, but pets must be walked on a leash, cleaned up after and may not disturb other guests. Pets are the responsibility of the owner. Management reserves the right to restrict disruptive or aggressive breeds.

Lock Site Feature Policy: If the guest/customer enters the incorrect length of their vehicle which directly affects the site the guest chooses (vehicle/equipment is too long, wide, etc), it is up to the park/owner/manager discretion to move the guest/customer without notice and regardless of payment of the lock site fee.

Cancellation Policy

All reservations:

3+ weeks out:

Refund minus $25 cancellation fee OR full refund issued in camp credit

2+ weeks out:

50% of reservation issued in camp credit or 50% of reservation forfeited

Less than two weeks out:

Full reservation forfeited
Owner/Managers have discretion on cancellations and subsequent refunds.

Refund Policy

There will be no refunds after you have checked in, for inclement weather, failure to follow the Rules & Regulations, or disorderly conduct. Manager/Owner reserves the right to have discretion on all refunds.

There will be no refunds given for holiday weekend cancellations.

Management shall not be held liable or responsible for non-utilization of package components or loss of recreational opportunities due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Misthaven Camping Resort or its management bears no responsibility for any loss or damage to any person or property or thing howsoever caused.

The management reserves the right to evict any day user, guest, camper or group of campers for any cause.
