Refund Policy

There will be no refunds after you have checked in, for inclement weather, failure to follow the Rules & Regulations, or disorderly conduct.  Manager/Owner reserves the right to have discretion on all refunds. If you check-out, then call back requesting a refund reasons such as the campsite wasn't level, the campsite wasn't smooth, the campsite was too rocky or had too much gravel for our tent, or for other reasons beyond our control, there will be no refunds. There will be no refunds if you were dissatisfied with a campsite, did not inform us of your dissatisfaction before checking out and didn't give us the opportunity to relocate you to a different site that may have better suited your needs or met your expectations. There will be no refunds for Holiday Weekend cancellations.
