Cancellation Policy

CABIN RENTAL CANCELLATION:

• $10.00 fee applies to all cancellations regardless of the date. A full refund, less the $10.00 fee, will be issued for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations within the 7 days before arrival will be subject to a charge of the first night’s stay.
• No-Show – Failure to show will result in being charged the full reservation cost.

DAILY/WEEKLY CAMPSITE CANCELLATION:

• $10.00 fee applies to all cancellations regardless of the date. A full refund, less the $10.00 fee, will be issued for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to arrival date. Cancellations made within 48 hours before arrival will be subject to a charge of the first night’s stay.
• No-Show – Failure to show will result in being charged the full reservation cost.

MONTH-TO-MONTH CAMPSITE CANCELLATION:

• $10.00 fee applies to all cancellations regardless of date. A full refund, less the $10.00 fee, will be issued for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations within the 7 days before arrival will be subject to a 50% charge of the total reservation cost.
• No-Show – Failure to show will result in being charged the full reservation cost.
