Moonshine Creek Campground, Sylva, North Carolina

 

  •  Our Office is open from 10 AM-6 PM April-Memorial Day. Then open 10AM-6PM Sunday-Wednesday 10AM-8PM Thurday-Saturday.  All RV’s must be parked before the office closes.
  • NO TRAILERS on Tent Sites, all extra vehicles or trailers will be $5.00 per night.
  • There is a limit of 4 Adults 2 Children,1 RV & 1 Vehicle per site. There is a limit of 2 Adults 2 Children 1 Tent & 1 vehicle per tent site.
  •  Check Out is 11 am and Check In is 2 pm. We DO NOT offer early Check In.
  •  Drive carefully and slowly throughout the campground.  The speed limit in the campground is 5 MPH.  WATCH FOR CHILDREN.
  •  QUIET HOURS are from 10 PM to 8 AM.  Please restrict noise so you don’t disturb your neighbors.  NO VISITORS or GUESTS past 10 PM. All visitors and guests must register at the office.
  • All campers and vehicles must be confined to your site and must not extend into other campsites.
  •  NO STAKES on RV Sites This is for the safety of our guests due to buried water and electric lines.
  •  Golf Carts and 4-wheelers are PROHIBITED.
  •  Alcoholic beverages and Smoking are permitted on your site only.
  •  Please dispose of trash in the dumpster by the Bathhouse do not burn ANY trash in fire pits. Bag all trash..
  • Please keep the Bathhouse clean and report any problems to the office.
  •  DO NOT cut any branches from trees or drag dead tree limbs from the woods.
  •  NO HAMMOCKS to be hung from Trees.
  •  PLEASE STAY OFF THE BANKS.  Leave the wild flowers for everyone to enjoy.
  •  NO SWIMMING IN POND * ONLY ENTER CREEK AT DESIGATED AREAS.
  • NO RV Washing, NO Car or Truck Washing Allowed.
  • We are a Dark Sky campground all lights out past 10 pm.
  • Only USDA Inspected Firewood will be allowed to be brought into the campground.  
    •  We have bundles of Firewood for Sale at the Campstore.
    • DO NOT Move Firepits.
  • PETS:  Owners are responsible at all times.  Pets must be on a leash and picked-up after.  Do not leave unattended.  
    •  There is a 3 pet limit per site.
    • Our insurance does not allow Pit Bulls.
  • All deposits are non-refundable.  NO refund for early departure.  

This property is privately owned and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents and injury to our guests.  We are not responsible for loss of money or valuables or any kind.  

Any Changes to Reservations or Cancellations must call the office on 828-586-6666.  E-mails are not accepted for changes or cancellations.

I agree to comply with all campground rules & regulations upon check-in and posted on grounds.
