Campground Rules and Regulations
Check-In / Check-Out
• Check-In: After 1 PM EST. Early check-ins are not allowed. No waiting area available; please
plan accordingly.
• Check-Out: By 11 AM. Late Check-Ins: Contact Morningstar/Tuckers office for instructions.
• Monthly Stays: Must sign an agreement. Contact the office for details.
• Renters: Primary renters must be 25 years of age.
• RV: RV unit must be well-maintained. Management reserves the right to reject the RV based on
appearance.
Site Changes
• Sites are pre-assigned. Check with the office for availability if you wish to move.
Site Appearance
• Clutter-Free: Keep your site clear at all times. Outdoor furniture must be placed on a concrete
pad.
• Grass Area: Keep grass areas clear of furniture, games, or storage. If mowing is hindered by
items, a warning will be issued.
• Storage: No storage under or around your RV or picnic table.
• Consequences: Repeated violations may result in fines or eviction without refund.
Open Fires
• Open fires are prohibited. Use firepits or designated fire rings. Portable firepit rentals are
available for $10 per night.
Site Navigation
• Respect others' privacy. Use roads, sidewalks, and designated paths rather than walking
between sites.
• Watch the Electronic Sign at Tuckers Landing entrance for important camp information.
Washing
• Washing RVs or vehicles is allowed, but please be respectful of others.
Rugs
• Rugs larger than 3' x 2' are not permitted due to grass damage.
Customers Responsibility
• Customers are responsible for all damage or destruction of property, and any injury to people,
caused by guest or his or her family’s visitors or pets.
• We reserve the right to charge guests accordingly for any damage they cause to the grounds
and/or campground/ resort facilities/ marina, including but not limited to broken waterlines,
damaging/missing sewer connections, landscaping and excessive debris.
• Payment for long-term guests is due on the 1st of each month. If payment is not received by the
5th, a late fee of $25 will be applied. An additional $25 will be charged if payment is not
received by the 10th, and a further $25 will be added if payment remains outstanding by the
15th, totaling $75 in late fees. If payment is not received by the 15th, the reservation will be
canceled.
Pet Policies
• Pets Per Site: Maximum of 2 pets per site.
• Leash Requirement: Pets must always be on a leash.
• Cleaning Up: Clean up after your pet in designated areas. Failure to do so may result in an
eviction without a refund.
• All pet waste must be cleaned up from your camp site in a timely manner. Failure to do so may
result in an eviction without a refund.
• Unattended Pets: Pets cannot be left unattended or tied to trees. Loose pets will be reported to
animal control. • Vaccinations: Ensure all pets are vaccinated.
• Barking: Excessive barking is disruptive. Persistent issues may lead to eviction without refund.
Vehicle Policies
• Speed Limit: Speed limit is 10 MPH. Violations may lead to warnings or eviction.
• Parking: Each site is allowed 1 RV and 1 vehicle. One additional vehicle must be parked in
designated areas. • Each site is allowed to have a maximum of 2 cars/trucks. There is a $25
monthly fee for any additional vehicles. Those vehicles must be parked in designated spots in the
park. Contact the office for more information.
• No parking on grass or in common areas. Do not block restrooms or laundry doors.
• Do not park on adjacent sites or use more than one site without additional charges.
• ATVs, Motorcycles, & Golf Carts: These are allowed but must comply with noise restrictions
and be used cautiously.
General Park Rules
• Mail / Packages: We are not responsible for unattended mail/packages. Use the correct address
format: 4699 Kellogg Ave, Cincinnati, OH, with your site number and gate code. USPS mail will
be placed in the Dock Box (Code: 0735) located at the bath house.
• Subletting, Leasing, & Airbnb: Subletting, leasing, or listing spots on platforms like Airbnb is
prohibited. Violations will result in eviction without refund.
• Severe Weather: Seek shelter in the Marina bathrooms during severe weather. Pets are welcome
in the shelter.
• Visitors: Only registered guests may enter the park. Visitors must register, pay a fee, and
display a parking pass. No pets for visitors. Day visitors must depart by 10 PM, overnight by 12
PM.
• Electrical Use: Be mindful of electrical usage. Contact the office for maintenance issues.
Guests are prohibited from working on electrical pedestals.
• Bath House & Laundry: Restrooms are open 24/7 with brief daily closures for cleaning.
Children under 13 must be supervised.
• Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Noise violations will result in eviction after
a warning.
• Trash Disposal: Dispose of non-hazardous waste in the dumpster located on the front side of
the park. Place all trash completely inside the dumpsters. Never leave trash on the ground
anywhere in the park. Please break down all cardboard boxes.
Safety & Emergencies
• Monthly guests must provide emergency contact info, kept confidential. For emergencies, call
911, then call (513) 533-3000 during business hours, or (513) 200-4992 after hours.
Conclusion
• Failure to comply with posted and acknowledged rules may result in the removal from the park
and the inability to rent in the future. All guests are responsible for understanding and following
the campground rules and are accountable for the behavior of their guests and other members of
their party.
• Morningstar Marinas and Tucker’s Landing RV Park reserves the right to refuse service or
remove anyone without a refund if they are disrupting the camping experience.
• We reserve the right to amend, revise, and add rules and regulations at any time. Decisions
made in enforcing or interpreting these rules are at the sole discretion of management.
