Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are subject to a penalty equal to a one (1) day reservation fee, if we are not notified within (7) seven days of check-in date on Holidays/Special Event weeks/weekends or 72 hours prior to check in date on non-holiday/Special Event weeks or weekends. No refunds on early departures. All cancellations must be done via email.

Kool April Nites, Memorial Day, 4th of July, & Labor Day must be cancelled 7 or more days prior to the scheduled arrival date check-in time for a refund minus a $20 cancellation fee.
