Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION INFORMATION:

Your credit card payment will hold your reservation until 11:00 AM the following day, unless notified by email for late arrival.

Cabins & Rentals:
Please call us if you will be in after 8:00 PM. Cancellations or changes to your reservation must be received at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date to receive a refund of 75% of your stay. Reservation cancelled within the 30 day will not recieve a refund
RV & Tent Sites:
Cancellations on the expected day of arrival to 14 days in advance will receive a refund of 25% of their stay. Cancellations done 14 or more days in advance of your stay will receive a refund of 75% of your total stay. 

Cancellations, early departures, changes of your scheduled arrival date, and “No Shows” will be responsible for the total original reservation amount regardless of when the reservation was made. Changes to your reservation and cancellations must be made in writing. (e-mail is fine). Camping is an outdoor experience; therefore, we cannot give refunds due to the discomforts of nature or early departures for any reason.
