MOUNTAIN MEADOW TERMS AND CONDITIONS, By booking a reservation you agree to these terms and conditions.

RV & TENT SITES

Arrival and Departure

Check-in time is 1:00 p.m. and check-out is 11:00 a.m. to allow for site maintenance for arriving guests. Late checkouts will be charged another day.

Vehicles

Only 1 RV and tow vehicle allowed per site. An extra vehicle will be charged $3.00 a day and will need to be parked by the Office. Friends or relatives visiting a registered camper of the RV Park must first check in at the office to register and receive a Visitor's Pass for their vehicle. All visitors must depart by 10:00 p.m. The Visitor Pass is good for one day only.

Tent sites one vehicle only.

Credit Cards

An invalid credit card number or a "declined" credit card will automatically cancel your reservation.

Taxes

An 8% Montana Accommodations tax is applied to all reservations.

Discounts

10% Good Sam & AAA with # OR Card & Active Military (must be applied at time of booking)

No discounts for tent reservations

CANCELLATION INFORMATION: PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING!

 Your credit card payment will hold your reservation until 11:00AM the following day of scheduled arrival date.  Unless notified by email of late arrival.

 Please call us if you will be in after 8:00 PM. Cancellations or changes to your reservation must be received at least 14 days prior your scheduled arrival date to receive a 75% refund on your reservation. Cancellations made less than 14 days of your scheduled arrival date will receive a 25% refund regardless of when the reservation was made. Early departures, no shows will receive no refund. Changes to your reservation and cancellations must be made in writing (email is fine). Camping is an outdoor experience; therefore, we cannot give refunds due to the discomforts of nature or early departures for any reason.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MOVE YOU TO AN EQUAL TO OR BETTER SITE TO ACCOMADATE YOUR STAY.

PLEASE REVIEW THE CONFIRMATION INVOICE TO BE CERTAIN THAT YOUR ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE DATES ARE CORRECT.

NO DISCOUNTS

Cancellations or changes to your reservation must be received at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date to receive a refund of 75% of your stay. Cancellations, early departures, changes made less than 30 days of your scheduled arrival date and “No Shows” will be responsible for the total original reservation amount regardless of when the reservation was made. Changes to your reservation and cancellations must be made in writing. (e-mail is fine). Camping is an outdoor experience; therefore, we cannot give refunds due to the discomforts of nature or early departures for any reason.

 Cleaning Fees/Pets

In consideration of all our guests, pets are not allowed in the cabins. There will be a $100 to $300 cleaning fee imposed for smoking or pets in the cabin, as well as out of the ordinary cleanup responsibilities.
