Mountain Pines Campground
VISITOR’S ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISK
In consideration of services of MOUNTAIN PINES LLC. Their officers, agents, employees, and stockholders, and all other persons or entities associated with those businesses (hereinafter collectively referred to as “MOUNTAIN PINES LLC” ) I agree as follows:
Although MOUNTAIN PINES LLC. Has taken reasonable steps to provide me with appropriate and skilled guides so I may enjoy an activity for which I may not be skilled,
MOUNTAIN PINES LLC has informed me these activities are not without risk. Certain risks are inherent in each activity and can not be eliminated without destroying the unique character of these activities. These inherent risks are some of the same elements that contribute to the unique character of these activities and can be the cause of loss or damage to equipment, accidental injury, illness, or in extreme cases, permanent trauma or death. MOUNTAIN PINES LLC. Does not want to frighten me or reduce my enthusiasm for these activities, but believes it is important for me to know in advance what to expect and to be informed of the inherent risks. The following describes some, but not all risks.
(Swimming, sporting activities, golf carts, pedal carts, and all other activities)
I am aware that all activities entail risks of injury or death to any participant. I understand the description of these inherent risks is not complete and that there are unknown or unanticipated inherent risks that may result in injury or death. I agree to assume and accept full responsibility for the inherent risks not specifically identified. My participation in these activities are purely voluntary, no one is forcing me to participate and I elect to participate in spite and full acknowledgement of the inherent risks.
I acknowledge that engaging in activities may require a degree of skill and knowledge different than other activities and that I have responsibilities as a participant. I acknowledge the staff of MOUNTAIN PINES LLC. Has been available to more fully explain the me the nature and physical demands of this activity, the inherent risks, hazards, and dangers associated with activities.
I certify that I am fully capable of participating in activities. Therefore, I assume and accept full responsibility for myself, including all minor children in my care, custody, and control for bodily injury, death or loss of personal property and expenses as a result of those inherent risks and dangers, not specifically indentified, and as a result of my negligence in participating in an activity. Therefore, I have carefully read, clearly understood and accepted the terms and conditions stated herein and acknowledge that this agreement shall be effective and binding upon myself, my heirs, assigns, personal representative and estate and for all members of my family including minor children.

Visitor Policy: Campers are responsible for their guests. A visitor's pass must be purchased for all guests four years of age and older. Unregistered guests and their hosts will be asked to leave the park.

Check in: Cabins- 4:00 pm RV and Tent sites- 2:00 pm Check out: 11:00 am

Children under 18 are the responsibility of their parents or guardian and need to return to their campsite at quiet time.

Quiet time is 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Campfires must never be left unattended and trash burning is prohibited. Campfires must always be contained within the designated fire ring. Safety first!

Vehicles must have a valid pass at all times in the campground. Please see the park office if you did not receive a pass at check-in. All drivers must have a valid state driver’s license. Learning permits are not accepted. Driving any vehicle (including golf carts) while intoxicated will result in removal from the campground. Follow the instructions of all park team members and park signage.

Speed limit throughout the entire park is 5 mph. Please drive slowly and watch out for children and pets.

Trash should be put in dumpsters as indicated on the campground map. Please keep your site clean and leave it as you found it.

Pets: Up to 2 pets per RV or Tent site. No pets allowed in rental units, cabins, lodges. Pets are the responsibility of their owner. Please be courteous and clean up after your pet. We are a pet friendly resort, but pets must be walked on a leash and may not disturb other guests. Management reserves the right to restrict disruptive, aggressive, or exotic pets. No retractable leashes

Please be courteous of other guests and use only roadways and access paths. Walking or biking through campsites is prohibited.

Strictly prohibited items or actions include: firearms, fireworks (including firecrackers), loud or disorderly conduct and foul language.

Motorcycles may only be driven from the park office/registration area to your site.

One camping unit per campsite.

Base Rate includes up to 2 adults and 4 children 17 and younger on all campsites and in all rentals. Additional guests are $20 each per day. Children 3 and under are free.

Visitor passes (daily or overnight) are $20 for both adults and children. Children 3 and under are free.

Holidays Require a 3-night stay. No cancellation or discounts. Holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day. Discounts do not apply on Holiday Weekends.
Short term sites and cabins our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellation 30+ days in advance will be fully refunded minus $3.50 admin fee
- Cancellation 7 - 29 days in advance can reschedule for another date within the season with a $15 admin fee
- Cancellation less than 7 days in advance will not be refunded or transferred
- Holiday Weekends are non-refundable and non-transferable
- No refunds for weather conditions, voluntary departure, acts of nature, or eviction

Pets: RV Sites: up to 2 pets are allowed. No additional charge. Cabins & Cottages: No pets allowed
By accepting this reservation, Guest hereby waives, releases and discharges and covenants not to sue The Mountain Pines Campground for all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage, any other claim arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Further, Guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Mountain Pines Campground from all losses, claims, expenses and demands, including attorneys’ fees, that The Mountain Pines Campground may incur arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Guest further agrees to be responsible and liable for the actions and safety of every person in their group. The Mountain Pines Campground reserves the right to remove any renter, occupant or guest who is subject to a lifetime registration requirement under a State sexual offender registration program.
Pet Policy: We are a pet-friendly resort, but pets must be walked on a leash, cleaned up after and may not disturb other guests. Pets are the responsibility of the owner. Management reserves the right to restrict disruptive or aggressive breeds.
Management shall not be held liable or responsible for non-utilization of package components or loss of recreational opportunities due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control.
The Mountain Pines Campground or its management bears no responsibility for any loss or damage to any person or property or thing howsoever caused.
The management reserves the right to evict any day user, guest, camper or group of campers for any cause.
