Terms & Conditions

Vehicles: Must be registered in office and car pass must be displayed on rear view mirror during your stay. Stop and identify vehicle to gate employee. Drive slowly, speed limit is 10MPH!

Golf Carts: Must Register in office. Only 4 stroke and electric golf carts permitted. Must have current driver's license and insurance to operate. 

Bicycles: Riding is acceptable during daylight hours only!

Children 12 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult 18 and over at all times. You are responsible for your children!

Visitors: All visitors must register at gate or office upon entering the campground. Visitors are subject to a visitors fee per person over 2 years of age. Visitor check in time is 10AM and check out time is 10PM. No visitors after 9PM. Overnight visitors with additional sleeping unit (tent, van, etc.) will be charged site fee. It is your responsibility to inform and enforce the campground rules with any guest. Please advise your visitors of fees and visitor policy before arrival.

Quiet Hours: 11PM to 8AM. No unnecessary noise before 8AM or after 11PM. Everyone under 18 must be at their site.

Campfire: Build fires in fire ring. NEVER leave fire unattended. Do not burn leaves or trash. Campfire not Bonfire! Fires must be out before retiring or departing.

Garbage: Deposit in dumpster. No grass, leaves, campfire ashes or any large items including grills, furniture, tires, etc. Camping trash only! immediate eviction garbage brought from home!

Firewood: Firewood is available to purchase at store. Do not take firewood from sites (occupied or not). No cutting or trees at all! Trees should be enjoyed, not destroyed!

Fishing: All fishing is free and a license is not required. NO swimming in the lake!

Pets: Must be on a leash and kept under control at all times!! They must be cleaned up after on site and on walk. No barking dogs! Do no leave them unattended at site to disturb others. Pets must have current vaccinations. Pets are not permitted in buildings.

Its A State Law: No dumping any waste or sewage water on the ground. You must use the dump station. Please use non toxic (no formaldehyde) holding tank chemicals.

General: Respect personal and property rights of others. Obey all "Do Not Enter" signs.

 

The Following Are Not Permitted: Disturbing wildlife, entering restricted or private areas, cutting through sites, smoking in buildings, firearms, fireworks, speeding, littering, illegal drugs, loud parties, loud radios or TV's reckless behavior, disorderly conduct, intoxication, profanity, obscenity, rock throwing, washing unit or vehicles, soliciting, explosives, archery, slingshots, power tools, alcohol off campsite, chain saws, outside refrigerators, mopeds, 3 or 4 wheelers, mini bikes, skateboards, rollerblades, electric motorboats or motorized scooters.

Damage to property, utilities, trees, etc. caused by campers or pets, neglect, accident or abuse will be repaired or replaced at the camper's expense.

Management will not be responsible for loss or damage due to theft, weather,  fire, nor by accident or injury to person or property. All campers are advised that failure to comply with Mountain Springs guidelines will result in termination of camping privileges.
