Mountain Top Campground Policies

Check IN: All campers MUST check in at the office and get a site number.
Check IN Time: 2:00 pm
Check OUT Time: 12:00 pm
Bath House and full sewer is open from May 1st to Nov 1st
Early Arrivals: Early arrivals are permitted pending campsite availability and advanced approval.
Departure: Please clean up your campsite before you depart.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 8 am. Radios and TVs should not disturb other campers. Excessive noise or profanity will not be permitted. Please respect your neighbors or you will be asked to leave.
Site Occupancy: Base site rate includes 4 adults, or 2 adults and children (under 18). No charge for additional kids. Extra adults will be a $10 fee per night. Maximum allowed per site is 6 people, including kids. More people will require another site.
Visitors: All visitors must check in at the office. A $5 per person Visitor fee will apply. Visitors must leave by 11 pm.
Parking: Park one vehicle per campsite. Additional vehicles must be parked in designated parking areas, or in the overflow parking area by Bath House. Only 2 vehicles are allowed per reservation. More than 2 vehicles will require an additional vehicle fee of $5.
Speed Limit: Speed limit is 5 mph in the campground. Please slow down for the safety of all our guests!
Pet Policy: Pets are allowed at RV Sites. Pets must not be left alone for extended periods of time. Pets must be on a leash, under control, and demonstrate good behavior and manners. Leash must be less than 10 ft. E-Collars do not qualify as a leash. If a pet shows aggressive behavior or continuously barks, the owner will be asked to remove the pet from the campground. Owners must clean up after their pets, or you will be asked to leave. No pets are allowed in the cabin or bath house/laundry.
Dump Station: The dump station is for registered guests only. Please keep the dump station area clean, and notify the office of any issues. Porta-pots must be emptied at the dump station. All sewer hoses must have a collar (donut) or similar device.
Fires: Only start fires inside fire rings. Do not move fire rings. Do not burn garbage, plastic, cans, or bottles in the fire rings. Do not cut down or damage live trees.
Picnic Tables: Picnic Tables can be moved, but move tables back to their original location upon departure. Do not damage picnic tables. Do not place hot grills on picnic tables. Do not cut picnic tables.
Trash: Place all litter and garbage in bags and place them in the dumpster provided. Do not discard or burn garbage, plastic, cans, or bottles in the fire rings.
Water Usage: Please conserve water! No RV or tank washing is permitted without advanced approval. Water usage is monitored and additional charges may apply.
Tents: No tents are allowed on RV campsites.
Rugs: No rugs are allowed on grass. Rugs may be placed on gravel only.
Stakes: Do not drive any stakes longer than 7" into ground. The RV sites have electric and sewer lines that could be damaged.
Wildlife: Do not feed or approach wildlife.
ATV's,Golf Carts, or Drones: ATV's, golf carts, and drones are not permitted in the campground.
Firearms: The use of any firearms, BB guns, bows, or other weapons is not permitted.
Fireworks: The use of any fireworks is not permitted.
Alcohol: Alcoholic beverages may not be openly displayed away from your assigned camp site.
Children and Safety: Parents are responsible for the safety and conduct of their children, including any guests that are in the campground visiting. Please observe the PA helmet safety laws. For their own safety, please do not allow children to ride bikes around the campground after dark.
Liability: We are not responsible for loss or damage due to any cause, or for accidents or injury to persons or property on the premises.
WIFI: Free WIFI is provided throughout the campground.
WIFI Terms of Use: By accessing the wireless network, you acknowledge that you're of legal age, you have read and understood and agree to be bound by this agreement. The wireless network service is provided by the property owners and is completely at their discretion. Your access to the network may be blocked, suspended, or terminated at any time for any reason. You agree not to use the wireless network for any purpose that is unlawful and take full responsibility of your acts. The wireless network is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied.
RV Site Daily/Weekly Cancellation Policy
- Reservations cancelled before 2PM 4 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $10 cancellation fee.
- Reservations cancelled after 2PM 4 days prior to arrival will receive total paid balance, less 1 night stay and $10 cancellation fee.
Holiday Weekends Cancellation Policy
- Reservations cancelled more than 14 days in advance of arrival will receive a full refund minus a $10 cancellation fee.
- Reservations cancelled less than 14 days will receive no refund.

RV Site Monthly Cancellation Policy
- Reservations cancelled more than 14 days in advance of arrival will receive a full refund minus a $10 cancellation fee.
- Reservations cancelled less than 14 days will receive full refund minus $50 cancellation fee.
Deluxe Cabin Cancellation Policy
- Reservations cancelled more than 14 days in advance of arrival will receive a full refund minus a $10 cancellation fee.
- Reservations cancelled less than 14 days will receive full refund minus $50 cancellation fee.

NOTICE: This property is privately owned. The camper accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he does hereby release the Campground, its officers and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to his person arising out of his use of its camping facilities, and agrees to indemnify the Campground, its officers and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person of any member of the family or guest of the registered camper arising out of the use of its camping facilities.
