CAMPGROUND RULES & GUIDELINES

OFFICE HOURS: NOVEMBER - APRIL 10:00am – 4:00pm daily MAY – OCTOBER 9:00am – 9:00pm daily

~ Check IN is 1:00pm, check OUT is 11:00am
~ QUIET TIME is 11:00pm to 7:00am, PLEASE be RESPECTFUL
~ WASHROOMS & LAUNDRY ROOM hours are 24/7
~ GREEN bins are RECYCLING, BLUE bins are GARBAGE.

~ SPEED LIMIT is 8km PER HOUR, DO NOT SPEED through the campground

~ ALL reservations REQUIRE a ONE DAY DEPOSIT, there will be NO HOLDING of sites WITHOUT a
reservation and DEPOSIT

~ Winter stays (November 1 - May 1) are POWER ONLY and will be metered. Fees will be added to the guests invoice to be paid.

~ MONTHLY, BI-WEEKLY & WEEKLY DISCOUNTS are ONLY applied if FEES are PAID in FULL on the
FIRST day of CHECK IN

~ Cancellation Policy: There is a $10 processing fee for cancellations prior to 14 days of your expected arrival date, cancellations within 14 days of your arrival date, deposit will not be refunded.
* Please note: No refunds on All long weekends and July 1st to July 20th, all cancellations will result in forfeiting entire stay/payment.

~ ROCKYVIEW COUNTY BYLAW states MAXIMUM STAY at a campground is 6 MONTHS, AFTER 6
MONTHS you MUST CHECK OUT & VACATE the premises for a MINIMUM of 72 HOURS. You may
MOVE & STORE your UNIT in our STORAGE for a $2 FEE PER DAY and you may RETURN to your
RESERVED SITE AFTER 72 HOURS

~ NO driving THROUGH SITES or PARKING in your NON-DESIGNATED SITE, ABSOLUTELY NO
PARKING on the GRASS

~ ONLY ONE VEHICLE is allowed to park on each SITE, SECOND VEHICLE MUST be parked in
OVERFLOW with TAG. There is a $2 FEE PER DAY for any VEHICLES ABOVE the MAXIMUM of 2,
ALL CARGO TRAILER on the premises MUST pay a $2 FEE PER DAY and parked in our STORAGE

~ NO PLUGGING IN ELECTRIC CARS ON YOUR SITE UNLESS YOU HAVE ARRANGED WITH THE OWNER IN ADVANCE AND WILL BE PUT ON A METRE      

~ NO WASHING of UNIT or VEHICLE on site
~ NO MAINTENANCE of UNIT or VEHICLE on site

~ Drinkable WATER is located on the SOUTH SIDE of our building via FAUCET in the winter months

NO WASHING DISHES in the SINKS or SHOWERS in the WASHROOMS
~ NO DUMPING of GREY or BLACK MATTER in the WASHROOMS or anywhere on the property other
than at the DUMP STATION located on the SOUTH SIDE of the BROWN building

~ SITE CLEANLINESS:
NO RUGS or STEPS on the GRASS, BINS MUST be TUCKED UNDER your unit, TOOLS & TOYS
MUST be TIDY and PUT AWAY, NO PALLETS, HOUSEHOLD FURNITURE or APPLIANCES. extra
PROPANE TANKS MUST be STORED at the BACK of your unit for SAFETY REASONS. All GARBAGE
MUST be cleaned up IMMEDIATELY

~ There is a $2 FEE per dog PER DAY to a MAXIMUM 2 DOGS and a $1 FEE per cat PER DAY to a
MAXIMUM 2 CATS. DOGS & CATS are NOT PERMITTED in the OFFICE, LAUNDRY ROOM,
WASHROOMS, MINI GOLF or PLAYGROUND. DOGS MUST be ON LEASH at all times NO
EXCEPTIONS and FECES MUST be PICKED UP IMMEDIATELY both ON and OFF sites. As a DOG
OWNER you are RESPONSIBLE to ensure your dog DOES NOT BARK causing a disturbance, INJURE,
CHASE, THREATEN, ATTACK, BITE, or CAUSE DAMAGE to PROPERTY, PERSONS or OTHER
ANIMALS 

~ WINTER SKIRTING (optional) MUST be professional or APPROVED by the OFFICE, you will be
responsible for any FINES from Rocky view County for FAILURE TO COMPLY.
ALL WINTER SKIRTING MUST be removed by MAY 1st

~ ICE MELT ONLY allowed on GRAVEL & ROAD AREAS. NOT on the GRASS

~ ALL sewer hoses MUST be removed from septic IMMEDIATELY when SEWER is TURNED OFF for
the WINTER SEASON

~No trailers older than 1999 allowed.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO EVICT ANYONE FAILING TO COMPLY WITH THESE
RULES AND REGULATIONS AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE, WE
RESERVE TO THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRANCE TO THE CAMPGROUND TO
ANYONE
