Terms & Conditions

Please adhere to the following rules of Mountain View RV Park. 

Campground:

- Speed limit is 5 MPH. Please look out for children and wildlife

- Quiet hours are 10:00pm to 8:00am

- Check-in time is 3:00pm for the Cabins and 2:00pm for all other RVsites. Check-out time is 11:00am for the cabins and 12:00pm for al other RV sites. Late check-out may be arranged with the office and may require an additional fee

- There will not be a refund for early departure or bad weather

- Sewer rings or connectors are required. See office for assistance

- One RV (plus tow car) is permitted on each site

- Extra vehicles of ANY kind must be parked in designated overflow area and will result in an additional fee

- RV/Car/Truck/Trailer washing of any kind is prohibited

- Be respectful to your fellow campers. Loud Parties, music, TV and public intoxication are strictly prohibited

- Firearms, projectile weapons of ANY type and hunting are not permitted anywhere in the campground.

- Temporary clotheslines are permitted for beach towels and bathing suits only

 - Place only household trash in receptacles around the campground

 - No smoking in bathrooms, laundry room or game room

 - Fires are only permitted in campsite or group fire ring

 - No fireworks of any kind are permitted

- Visitors visiting a registered camper must register at the office. There is a $3.00 charge per child and a $5.00 charge per adult. There is to be no more than a total of 4 guest per site.

Pool:

- There is no lifeguard on duty. Use pool at your own risk

- Pool hours are 10:00am to 10:00pm. From 8:00pm-10:00pm is quiet swimming only

- Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult

- No glass, alcohol, running, diving, jumping or ruffhousing in pool area

- Pets are not permitted in pool area

Deluxe/Small Cabins

- No pets shall be left unattended at anytime

- Please ensure all dishes are done before leaving

- No smoking or vaping of any kind

- Visitors visiting a registered quest at the cabin must register at the office. There is a $3.00 charge per child and a $5.00 charge per adult. There is to be no more than a total of 4 guest for day use only. The maximum sleeping capacity for the Deluxe Cabin is 4 and 5 for the Small.

Pet Owners:

- Pens and small fences are allowed as long as they don’t damage the campsite

- Pets can not be left unattended at any time and only outside your unit while you are present

- Pets are not allowed in the pool area or game room

- All pets must be inside your camping unit at night

- Pets must be on a leash at all times. No exceptions!

- Pet waste pick-up stations are available around the campgroud. Please pick up after your pet. This will be strictly enforced

 

Dog Park:

- Use park at you own risk

- Owners are legally responsible for the behavior of their dog(s) at all times

- Dogs must be leashed while entering and exiting the park

- Dog waste must be cleaned up by their owners IMMEDIATELY

- Owners must be within the dog park and supervising their dog(s) with leash readily available

- Dog handlers must be at least 16 years of age

- Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult and supervised at all times

 - Aggressive dogs must be removed immediately

- Dogs should be under voice controll

PROHIBITED:

- Human &  dog food/treats                  - Sick Dogs

- Glass Containers                               - Aggressive Dogs

- Dogs in heat                                      - Puppies (under 4 months)

We do ask our guests to abide by our rules. Violations will result in eviction from the campground without any refund.

We reserve the right to make changes to the rules, regulations and fees as deemed necessary and without prior notification.
