Terms of Service:
Guest is fully responsible for ensuring all equipment is compatible with the site length and/or site type. Choose a site based on the total length of your equipment. Some site types do not accept any towing units. Please ensure that you have entered the correct RV type and length at the time of booking. Only one camping unit is allowed per site, and tents are not allowed in RV spaces. Tenters must book tent sites. Guests who misrepresent their RV type and/or length may be turned away at check-in.

Check-in time is 1:00pm and check-out time is 11:00am for RV sites
Check-in time for cabins is 3:00pm, check-out time is 11:00am

Our office hours are 9am - 5:00pm. After-hours arrivals must grab their map from the arrival box outside and check-in with office before 10am the next morning. Please call the office for more information during normal business hours at 406-892-0298.

For the enjoyment of all guests, please abide by the following rules and regulations while staying at Glacier Peaks RV Park:

-Quiet time is 10:00pm - 8:00am. Excessive noise is NOT allowed at any time
-Speed limit 5 MPH
-NO FIREWORKS
-ONLY ONE RV per site/plugged in to electrical services per site
-No auto repairs or changing oil at sites without office approval
-Please keep rugs/mats/etc off the grass
-Please do NOT park or drive on the grass
-Extra vehicles and guests must be registered with the office, no visitors after 10pm
-Please observe one-way road signs
-RV Spaces are NOT roads, please do not drive or walk-thru empty sites
-Pets must be leashed at all times when outside of your camping unit, cannot be left alone outdoors at any time and please clean up after your pets! Excessive barking and aggressive behavior will NOT be tolerated. GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IF THEY ARE CAUGHT NOT PICKING UP AFTER THEIR PETS BY STAFF.
-All buildings are NON-SMOKING
-Water connections must not leak, we recommend a regulator for high pressure in the park
-Sewer connection must be tight and sealed
-NO washing of pets, pet belongings or dishes in the bathrooms, showers or laundry room sink.
-Guests are responsible for any and all damage done by themselves, their guests or their pet(s).

Cancellation Policy:
At the time of booking, all reservations are charged a non-refundable deposit equal to 20% of your total reservation. The remainder of your reservation total will automatically be charged 7 days prior to arrival. Should your payment be declined, your reservation will be cancelled.
-Reservations cancelled 24 hours or less prior to arrival will forfeit the full amount of the stay.
-Reservations cancelled 7 days to 24 hours prior to arrival will be refunded 50% of the reservation total.
-Reservations cancelled more than 7 days prior to arrival will forfeit the 20%  deposit paid at the time of booking.

Lost Key fee is $50 for each key lost.

Refund Policy:
All refunds will be issued to the payment method used for the original booking, and will post within 5-10 business days. Refunds will not be issued due to weather, acts of nature, early departure, misrepresentation or evictions.

Taxes:
MT State Lodging Tax: 8%
